I am overly pleased with the customer service at this location. I went to 3 other locations and was told they did not have my medication in stock. By the time I called this location to see if they had my med in stock it was 8:50pm. Even though the pharmacy closes at 10pm the pharmacist was so kind to tell me to come down and he would fill my prescription. I will definitely be going to this location for my meds going forward. Thank you so very much to the pharmacist, Dan and Kamyl!

Pharmacy is meh. The rest of the store is a typical Walgreens. Good staff generally.

So bad, very disappointing with the costumer service at night around 930pm. 10/19/2023. The short lady and a old man was so rude and they don't want print my pictures. They said will be ready for tomorrow when the system shows "ready for pickup after 10:15pm. The lady doesn't show her face and talked to me playing candy crush on her phone and sit and back to me. SOOO BAD COSTUMER SERVICE !!! THEY JUST DON'T WANNA WORK LATE NIGHT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS SHOP.

Pharmacy service is repeatedly AWFUL. (I have 20+ meds monthly - have had many interactions). By phone, they are ALWAYS robotic, unapologetic, curt, hours late on the refill times they quote and do not have any basic customer service skills- very unfriendly.In person, the cashiers are adequate but pharmacist has repeatedly come out to lobby to question my pain meds; asks me what my issues are (if I don’t list my extensive 30yr. medical history there in front of other customers) he makes a quick assessment that I should not be on said pain meds and threatens not filling them next time, AS IF he was my combined 9 doctor team.Once, I even received someone else’s script and didn’t see it until I got home. My husband and I dread picking up any of my meds there and have finally left this pharmacy.

Placed a photo order for four regular prints. Nothing major. Shoulda been done in a day. Two days later I get an email that the order was cancelled. I worked as management for Walgreens for several years. We’d never cancel an order without calling the customer to tell them why. This was for a Mother’s Day gift. And this is not the first time they have done this.

If you expect discretion from your pharmacist then you may want to take note of the lack of discretion I was subjected to when picking up my script this evening. Was too furious to ask for names. You would think when discussing private information and medication that a level of professionalism would have been exhibited. Instead I had a loud mouth jabbering on…making me feel as though I was doing something wrong. The whole experience left an unbelievable bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know why he acted in such a way. I actually put my hand up twice just to stop him from speaking…so loud! After a couple hours I felt compelled to write a review so be advised.

The absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. I was trying to price match on good rx both the pharmacy manager and employee were rude. The Pharmacy technician was rolling her eyes at me. Please don’t waste your time here go to Publix

I need Epinephrine (injection is used for emergency treatment of severe allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis) to insect bites or stings, medicines, foods, or other substances.) As an adult I was given a child's dose up to 33 lbs. I returned to the drive thru window and spoke to the pharmacist who said they could not exchange the sealed package for an adult dose. I said I just paid $150 for something that could not save an adult's life If I need it. He said too bad I filled what was sent over. Shouldn't he know a child's dose would not help an adult over 125 lbs? Time before they filled the prescription twice in 2 days. Very poor systems and no care for people. I would stay away before someone gets hurt from their operation.

Never again will we use this pharmacy. I had 2 options this morning. Walgreens or CVS. Against my better judgment I chose Walgreens because it is so close to my house. My script was sent in before 11am- they are just now (4pm) getting around to filling it after 1 phone call and my husband going there in person.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. The pharmacist yells at his staff, i even heard him raise his voice with a patient. They close many times early without notice. The pharmacy drive through is closed frequently which is terrible for the many localseniors and disabled. I went Sunday during pharmacy hours and they were closed. Went Monday and they had no pharmacist on duty and couldn’t dispense prescriptions. Went again today and the drive through os closed and I’ve just had major surgery so it was exceedingly painful to walk in. All to get a prescription for an infection that has now gotten worse because of Walgreens. I’m switching to Walmart or somewhere where I know they will be open and available during posted hours. Walgreens should be ashamed of this store and any others who run like this.

The employees at this store are one of the most hard working people you can think of. This is one of the busiest pharmacy Around this area . After Covid people are out of patience. Be kind to your local pharmacy technicians; be nice to your pharmacist. RPH save lives, they are the ones that make sure your medications are in the right amount dispenser with the right instructions and they go above and beyond to service every single one to the best of their abilities.

The pharmacist E. Escobar gave my kids the vacinne. He was kind, patient and informative. I will ask for him next time but I don't think this is his home store. Thank you!!! Worth the long wait.

Thought they made positive changes. ...no still have the same problems long telephone waits then hang up on you long lines in drive thru HIRE MORE HELP I tell them every month that I request delivery to put it on my chart they say they did yet like clock work I have to call and hold on for 30 mins. To tell them I want it delivered.
