Every staff member is incredibly rude except for the very nice older gentleman. No one is helpful and they all make you feel like an inconvenience to shop there. Be better

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I scheduled a COVID test online that clearly said it was no charge on their website and then was charged 20.00 when I got to the store. I showed the pharmacist the confirmatio but he just wanted to argue. I was so sick I just paid and called the manager a couple days later. I was told it could not be refunded and they could only give me reward points. Then month or so later I ordered a delivery order and paid 6.00 extra for same day delivery 1.5 miles away because my daughter was really sick. It was 4 items but it came the next day 17 hours later because the store employee failed to get the order ready for hours until they were closing and the delivery person could not get it. And finally I moved my monthly Rx from another Walgreens on the other side of town that I've been getting for 2 years. They called me 2 days later mind you, and said they could not fill it because it was against the law. When I asked what law or when it went into effect because Walgreens had filled it multiple times over the last two years, he said he didn't know but I should "Google it" I kept asking if I could move it to another pharmacy or get a paper Rx to bring somewhere else or where I could go from there and he hung up on me. Completely rude and apparently got his license from Google. Never again!!!

My 87 year old mother was delayed 2 days from flying back to NJ due to a snow storm. She takes 23 pills a day and was out of pills.I reached out to Walgreens on Coranado and Cape Coral Parkway and they turned around 13 perscriptions that day, realizing the urgency. This is phenomenal service. Betsy and Camille were so helpful. My husband and I always receive great service at this Walgreens. Thank you to the entire staff!

Tonight at 9:00 pm I went to the store to do a deposit of 650$ on my capital one card. First the cashier told me they only can deposit 500$ I did show her the bar code from the app saying it was approved to do the deposit and she told me no! Without even trying it. I asked to talk to the manager on duty KENT and he even made fun of me saying he is the store manager without no keys and he said was the “ store policy” laughing himself in a disrespectful way which is not a way to treat a customer. I told him I have made prior deposits for $900 and have been approved in other stores. I headed to other walgreen far from my location and they accepted my deposit for $650. They even tried the barcode and asked for my ID. I went back to the previous store to talk to the MANAGER ON DUTY KEN! and showed him the receipt. I told him that was disrespectful and not a way to treat a customer and that he should be more knowledgeable of the policies and how to treat Customers. I would never comeback to this store and he should never be working as a manager. Managers care for customers and how to make their store to succeed and not treating customers like garbage.

Pharmacy is slow and rude. Multiple times I have been in and witnessed arguments between the pharmacy & people in line. They never take responsibility for any issue and always will turn the blame on either you or your doctor. The people running the regular checkout are also extremely rude and never seem to know how to work their register. I was strongly advise not coming to this location for anything.

Needed a prescription for a procedure happening tomorrow morning before the pharmacy opens. Got a text that the pharmacy closes at 5 today. I also work until 5 today. Left early and called to ask them if I could pay over the phone so it would ready as I'd JUST make it, was told no. Had to pick it up in person by 5.
Just barely made it before 5 and WATCHED HER put the sign in the window saying the pharmacist was off duty. I was like "no I'm here" and she shrugs at me through the window. She KNEW I was close enough to see the building and both the text and she herself told me I could pick it up until 5. Now the surgery is going to need rescheduled and it took me MONTHS to get this appointment. Hope your extra 2 minutes of not having to ring out one more customer was really worth it ?

I am overly pleased with the customer service at this location. I went to 3 other locations and was told they did not have my medication in stock. By the time I called this location to see if they had my med in stock it was 8:50pm. Even though the pharmacy closes at 10pm the pharmacist was so kind to tell me to come down and he would fill my prescription. I will definitely be going to this location for my meds going forward. Thank you so very much to the pharmacist, Dan and Kamyl!

So bad, very disappointing with the costumer service at night around 930pm. 10/19/2023. The short lady and a old man was so rude and they don't want print my pictures. They said will be ready for tomorrow when the system shows "ready for pickup after 10:15pm. The lady doesn't show her face and talked to me playing candy crush on her phone and sit and back to me. SOOO BAD COSTUMER SERVICE !!! THEY JUST DON'T WANNA WORK LATE NIGHT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS SHOP.

Pharmacy service is repeatedly AWFUL. (I have 20+ meds monthly - have had many interactions). By phone, they are ALWAYS robotic, unapologetic, curt, hours late on the refill times they quote and do not have any basic customer service skills- very unfriendly.In person, the cashiers are adequate but pharmacist has repeatedly come out to lobby to question my pain meds; asks me what my issues are (if I don’t list my extensive 30yr. medical history there in front of other customers) he makes a quick assessment that I should not be on said pain meds and threatens not filling them next time, AS IF he was my combined 9 doctor team.Once, I even received someone else’s script and didn’t see it until I got home. My husband and I dread picking up any of my meds there and have finally left this pharmacy.
