Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They give you the runaround every time. I do not trust this place. They are extremely slow, incompetent and lazy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The manager Helen tells you a different story every time you come in. I have now made 3 different trips to this pharmacy and have left empty handed every time.

Can’t even open a pharmacy for medication after a natural disaster and can’t even transfer medication to another store without getting ahold of the doctor? Thats insane as an essential employee myself I’d be embarrassed to call myself a pharmacist at this location. But I can get McDonald’s right next door…

I had to give a star in order to post a review. In reality, this Walgreens Pharmacy has absolutely horrible service. Unable to fill a simple antibiotic prescription the same day, not even 24 hours later! Avoid this pharmacy! Been waiting over a week for my prescription. I transferred to Publix and they filled my prescription in 30 minutes!!!!! Walgreens drive thru is 10-15 minutes per car. The line inside is even worse! ????

Awful drive through service! I actually dropped my wife off at the door and went through the drive through. She beat me out of the store and there was only one person in front of me. So now after 25 minutes my wife is back in The vehicle and it still took another 5 minutes. So total drive through time 1/2 hour! And my wife said there was no customers at the pharmacy counter. This place is a real joke!!

Worst pharmacy in cape coral. Incredibly slow (10-15min per car in the drive thru) and act like you inconvenience them by needing medication. If 0 stars were an option, they'd get that.

This location has the rudest pharmacy technician. Her name it’s Mindy. Very disrespectful and rude. Treating Hispanics as if they don’t have a place or a saying. The way she tried to brush off customers was unacceptable and plain disrespectful.

Earlier today I was in this Walgreens to get a flu shot. I was told by the tech that Medicare declined it because my DOB was wrong. Spent the next 2 hours on the phone with social security and Medicare trying to fix the problem. Was told that my DOB was correct. Turns out that the person used my SSNumber instead of my Medicare number (Social Security hasn't used a person's social security number for identification for over a year). The tech at Walgreens failed to know this and she didn't do her due diligence to try and help me as the customer. All she had to do is call Medicare and get the problem resolved. I called another Walgreen and the tech and Pharmacist resolved the issue within minutes. Went and got my flu shot. Excellent service, very professional and very good at their jobs. Unlike the first tech who couldn't be bothered to help, even though that is exactly her job which is to assist customers.

This location has a redbox outside, an ATM inside, and has propane. Great helpful staff at this location. Milk is cheap and usually on sale however it doesn't stay in stock very long. I've used the reward program for many years.
