Slowest drive through of any Walgreens I have ever been to! Also, the employee at the window was not very friendly.

The absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. I was trying to price match on good rx both the pharmacy manager and employee were rude. The Pharmacy technician was rolling her eyes at me. Please don’t waste your time here go to Publix

Never again will we use this pharmacy. I had 2 options this morning. Walgreens or CVS. Against my better judgment I chose Walgreens because it is so close to my house. My script was sent in before 11am- they are just now (4pm) getting around to filling it after 1 phone call and my husband going there in person.

Rudest manager I've ever met...refused to fill a prescription due to his \\\"better judgment\\\"...an this was on Christmas eve no less...barely got it filled at CVS an made my flight with minutes to spare...last time I checked a pharmacist fills prescriptions the real Dr prescribed an the so called judgment this guy claims is irrelevant...even claimed my Dr. isnt a real Dr....I would highly recommend going somewhere else...

Don't get your Covid tests here. I needed a test for travel and was promised results within 24-72 hours. I received the results 5 days later. I called the pharmacy to ask about the results and was told they had no way to get the results. They also told me they didn't know the phone number for the lab. Then they hung up on me. Needless to say I had to get another test in another city.

Once again, I'm somewhere and I need a something. I had run out of contact lens fluid (I went though half a bottle trying to save my lenses from accidental exposure to a hot pepper) and they usually sell it in the "trial and travel" aisle. I found that section in the back of the store but it was very out of stock.Thankfully, the regular "eye" section of this Walgreens had a variety of contact lens solutions to choose from. All of them rather expensive even with the Walgreens "membership" discount. I bought the smallest bottle they had and paid for it quickly. The store is in clean and tidy, laid out the same as other Walgreens I've been to across the USA. Once you're inside, this could be Fort Worth TXX or Berkeley Springs WV or Shelby NC. Very formulaic. That said, quite a few out of stock items that were not on the shelves.[Review 16723 overall - 1450 in Florida - 235 of 2022.]

Way too busy. Drive thru pharmacy always has 4 cars plus. I would drive the extra miles to go to a different Walgreens...

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. Tony W. says this pharmarcy is rude, and he usually goes to the one at cape & Chiquita and it is much friendlier. This IS the one at cape and Chiquita and I have never encountered an unfriendly employee here. The pharmacy can be super busy and they remain friendly and helpful, calling on extra help if necessary, and always have my prescriptions ready within less than a day and will even prepare it if I want to wait 15-20 minutes.

Completely irresponsible pharmacy. I called on a Saturday to find out if they could order a type of insulin for my diabetic cat. The pharmacy looked it up and said yes. My vet would need to call in the script and they could have it in 1-2 days. On Monday the vet called in the script. When I had not heard from them by Thursday, I called and was told that I could pick it up anytime after 2pm. I went to pick around 3:30 and was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 15 minutes. I came back around 5:30 and was told, "no, we can't fill that prescription"!!! They could not give me a reason and when I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager I was told he wasn't there but they could have someone would call me. Bottom line is I had to order the insulin somewhere else and my cat went without for several days. The pharmacy manager did call several days later and basically said I don't know what to tell you, someone dropped the ball. I was really shocked. Maybe because this was for a cat and not a person, no one seemed to care. This is the third time we have had a problem with this pharmacy this year and after 17 years of using them, I will never go back.

I stopped using this Walgreens when the pharmacist gave me a hard time about one of my prescriptions. The instructions from my doctor were to take one per day at bedtime and per day as needed. So, using the "one per day" dictum, the pharmacist declared that the other pill per day was superfluous. Thus, he would only fill the one pill per day. My doctor asked, why do you deal with a place that treats you like this and she suggested I change to Publix. I finally moved my prescriptions and Publix is a much kinder place. Not to say they give me pills unprescribed, but they acknowledge the doctor's orders. They don't argue with me.

Not my usual Walgreens, but was convenient for me to pick up at today. Cashier greeted me as I walked in, even though she had two guests in line. I asked her how she was and she responded back..that was nice. Austin, at the Pharmacy...about that. He wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. He really looked "out of it". I asked him how he was...and he mumbled back something...not even sure what. He never asked for my Rewards Card and never asked if I had any questions regarding my prescription. I thought that was a little odd...I didn't have any questions...but thought they are supposed to ask. No personality or Customer Service skills..that's sad.
