Unfortunately, I must agree with several other clients..receptionist (Vivian) was very rude and curt to me and someone else who called in.
I arrived about 7 minutes early for my pedicure appointment with Andrew. I noticed he was still doing another clients pedicure.., Vivian took me to a pedicure chair, reclined the back then left…( no water in the spa chair) sat there for another 20 minutes past my appointment while I watched Andrew work on the same client, still no water in my pedicure chair..after another 10 minutes, 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I finally asked if they could at least add water so I could soak my feet..mind you, Vivian walked past me several times while I just sitting there! 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment Andrew finished with the “walk in” who took my appointment and began my pedicure. He apologized for the delay, making some excuse about gel polish being the delay. I understand they aren’t busy and need the business, but you don’t take unscheduled clients over scheduled appointments….the pedicure was fine..however, Andrew said a very unprofessional snarky comment during my appointment..so.. I clearly understand why there are only 3 people working there and very sparse business..will not return..too many other choices with better staff and services!

I have been going to VIP-Vivian for over 9 year’s and have never had a bad experienced! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone! They accommodate anyone that walks through the door!!

Wonderful and relaxing experience, I got my reflexology pedicure with coconut lime. I had my feet done my nails cut re-shaped cuticles removed, and I also had paraffin wax which was amazing. They gave me a massage with hot stones and a deep tissue massage with oils and an exfoliating cream. That was amazing and smelled wonderful. I would definitely recommend it and go again for my next pedicure. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and peace of mind I felt the love all the way, this is how we should always be treated. I went here for the first time last week.My first experience, I was greeted kindly and had good conversation while getting these nails done. I’ve had dip for years but wanted to try a new salon closer to home.I noticed the coating was thinner than normal but chalked it up to a new place. However, less than a week after this set was done I had the pointer finger nail break off up top. Mind you, I’ve had dip for years and never had this happen before.I called and asked if they’d fix it, to which they said yes but told me to be more careful. I noticed the break after driving. I was not doing anything rough to the nail to cause the break. I didn’t enjoy the accusation considering this was the first time they did my nails.I went in to get the fix. Again, greeted kindly. However, I feel like I might as well have kept the broken nail. The replacement is not smooth. It’s discolored with dark staining in the middle. A tip was put on the pointer to make its length match the rest of my natural nails. The tip is not flush with my natural nail causing this weird bulge, and causing my natural nail to catch on things like my hair.I’m not sure if I’ll be going back.

Currently booked for a nice pedicure and a regular manicure and I had to write a review. Outstanding so far. The guy doing my pedicure is so precise and gentle and you can tell very experienced. I haven’t been to such a relaxing place like this in a long time. Very detail oriented and very sweet. So far this is by far the best place I’ve been to a long time. Very experienced and professional, relaxing. 100/10

Wow. How in the world is this place open. Extremely horrible staff. Argumentative and nasty hostility. They refuse to honor gift certificates one crabby person working there with no availability. They stole $150.00 from me.. avoid this place.

Please DO NOT go into this salon. The owner/ nail tech at the front is extremely unprofessional and rude. She does not speak to potential customers respectfully nor does she seem to care how she is clearly bringing her business down. She will yell at you and raise her voice when talking down to you.Save yourself the TERRIBLE customer service and go somewhere else. I can see why they have lost clientele and are always empty now.So very sad !
