You walk in and see multiple reps with a single customer. Your name is taken and you wait. Some people had been there waiting on service for over an hour. The cherry on top for me was listening to Sr Manager Anthony tell a customer, who asked why a lady that came in after she did receive service first, that it was none of her concern how he ran his store and that he did not want her business. She stated she was calling corporate to which he said "go ahead" and told her to leave the store as she was being disrespectful. She wasn't loud nor offensive. He was a total a** I wasn't sure I wanted Verizon as my cell phone company and now I'm sure I don't. What a disgusting display.

Nothing easy about service. One service lady actually sat next to me & asked me to move to the other side of the table. It never got better!

I want to modify my review because I appreciate the reply I got back. I've been to this location three other times and each time I was sent away to call the toll-free number on my own. I didn't appreciate that because I would drive from my house to here so I could get face-to-face help.

My daughter's phone got wet and we ended up having to get it replaced. Tess took great care of us. She was very patient with our questions and understanding. She did everything she could on her end but ended up giving us a number and website, fortunately, my daughter's phone is getting shipped the very next day. I wish more tech issues can be handled at the store instead of having go have phones shipped or handled by Asurion or another company, but it is what it is. Overall I'm very happy with our service with Tess and this store.

I have been a Verizon customer for numerous years and this was by far the worst customer service experience ever. Went in to transfer my line to my fiancé's account (i.e. merge the accounts). The customer service representative refused to help in any way, said we had to go through the app or call, even though we had been told at another store when we were ready to transfer, they would help us through the transfer process. Representative was rude and unfriendly, walked away from us in the middle of the process and startes talking to another store employee, completelyignoring us. We ended up walking out, after trying to complete the process through the app, and she didn't even say a word as we left. We have both worked in customer service for several years and we would never treat a customer this way.
We ended up calling the transfer line once we got home and were told our accounts were now being investigated for fraud. We have been bounced around through several customer support agents, on the phone, for over an hour now. Sad and pathetic support for both my fiancee and I, after being loyal customers. What should have been an easy process has turned into a nightmare. We were planning on buying a new phone but now I have no interest in supporting or spending more money with this company.
Please train your employees to be more knowledgeable and helpful, or at least have some small amount of customer service skills and not treat people like garbage. We wouldn't have minded calling and transferring the account on our own but at least have some decorum and not be rude about it and just walk away.

Couldn't fix my problem
Put me on the phone with another incompetent. Nothing accomplished. Two other tries. Different people different stores. Same outcome. If I didn't live in a place dominated by Verizon. I'd change carriers.

Went to get some tech help, ended up getting a new phone for myself and the wife. The people at this Verizon were amazing. The were patient, clearly interested in helping and top notch in their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you. ????

They don’t publish negative reviews. Long time Verizon customer and had horrific sales person. Avoid this store and the chance you would get the person we had. After 20 plus years went across the street to buy 3 iPhones 15 plus from ATT and were treated respectfully and with ease. Too many details to write AGAIN. Let’s put it this way: No one should be subject to dismissive and inattentive sales people when they are about to begin a $200/ month relationship for 3 years.

As an outsider overhearing the multiple conversations at this center. The staff and both managers need to have a lot of retraining on basic customer service skills.
The communication with customers and how they react to the problems is ultimately why the customers are so upset. They create more problems rather than provide solutions.
Sometimes a simple apology and reassurance that you’re hearing the customer is all they want.
I personally did not have an issue or problem - but I hope this helps someone.

Went in to see about possibly getting a new phone for my daughter. Dalton said her iPhone 13 mini was eligible for trade in and we could get the new 15 pro!
As we went to trade in the 13 a couple weeks later (still within 30 days), Dalton states for some reason it won’t let him trade it in and I need to go to corporate store. Upon going to corporate store, they advise that the 13 is NOT eligible for trade in and i could pay outright for 15 pro or return it. I decided to return it and went back to this store. Dalton was not in, but the associate I talked to said I can’t return it because we no longer have the box.
Overall, terrible communication. Some associates not doing their due diligence and just trying to get a sale. I’m disappointed as we had good experiences a few years ago. We won’t be returning.

Absolutely a waste of my time attempting to get help. My problem was not addressed. My phone that I bought from them is still not working. And I was told to “call Apple.”
Well, la de dah, why didn’t I think of that to begin with? Seriously, absolutely a waste of my time.

Walked in to your store that had 3 employees and 2 were with customers. We had a simple question regarding our bill ,they took our name and said they had an appointment and we would be next. In the meanwhile, 3 other customers walked in, I watched 2 ppl get assisted all while I sat for 30 min. As I got up to leave without help the one employee that assisted 2 others made sure to mention “ sorry I had an appointment”. My simple question could have been answered in no more than 5 min. And your employee is extremely rude. Personally I feel 1 star is too much.

Walked in the store 30 min before closing and was asked to come back another day because they closed in 30 min! After driving across town after getting off work. It’s seems as if they don’t want to work. Lack of management in my opinion!
