I actually owe Raynel an aplogy for getting frustrated due to technical issues that were not his fault. He was VERY helpful and did everything to ensure that I recieved the best discount to keep my monthly payment the lowest he can make it, he wasnt pushy which I greatly appreciated, listened to my needs and gave me fast service. I feel horrible after giving him a hard time bc the phone had some technocal issues but I was able to resolve it with Verizon and none of this was a fault of the sales associate. So I sincerly aplogize for my behavior and take full resposibliy for my actions. I plan on heading back into the store to give Raynel a gift catd and thank you note and really LOVE my new phone. THANK YOU RAYNEL

Good service from the staff, but accessories and case selection was extremely limited and poor for current iPhone 16 models.

If you go, ask for Dalton. He's smart, cordial and extremely helpful. my wife's phone was throwing errors and I thought for sure it was going to be $100's to fix. Dalton was familiar with the error and had her phone working in less than 15 minutes. All at no change. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I can say it was honestly the best store experience I've ever had. They need to hire more people like him.

First off I would like to say that my agent Raynel was excellent and did all he could do to help me. But I would also STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON WIRELESS! I bought new service from Verizon wireless and the next day it was cancelled because my identity couldn't be verified, even though my identity was verified in the store, and my service can't be restored with Verizon. In addition to that Verizon is still charging me my first months bill for one day of service and will not refund my service fee paid in store. This is a terrible business model and I will never do business with Verizon again.
Update: I contacted the email and was told they can't help. What a scam.

I stopped by because I’ve been having problems with my iPhone 11 for the last couple of months and the gentleman that helped me fix the issues. Also help me make the decision to buy a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Extremely helpful not pushy very knowledgeable.

Helpfulness is nonexistent. While they had us call Verizon corporate as they were not able to assist unless you are purchasing a phone, they cranked up the music in the store. Apparently making things even more difficult after not being able to help you, is their first thought

Don't even acknowledge this location.
Worst location... waited 1 hour for the only worker to tell me my pick up wasn't at the location even though it was he didn'teven check his system. Then he told me to drive 20 mins to another location. It's pretty clear he didn't care to do anything or help anyone. Don't even acknowledge this location is here.

Wishing I could give more stars!! THE most stress-free visit to a phone store PERIOD. Dalton was helpful, thorough, with a personality that is off the charts. I’d say hands down one of the best Verizon employees we’ve had. Highly recommend this store for any of your needs.
