I rarely use this location because I have a big box package delivered to Seattle Washington and it got lost, all shoes for my niece got lost. The second time, registration and a Florida tag got lost in the mail. Somebody needs to do something with this location. Never again......... I prefer to give them no star at all

Went to USPS to mail a package to South America. International mail requires the sender to fill out a Custom's form. The postal employee on duty , Lisa , was very helpful in assisting me in the process of completing all my forms and sending my package to the recipient. Lisa was all smiles , very courteous and professional in the performance of her duties. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Lisa for your assistance.

I send a package in end of November to holland for Christmas and gues what! we are now in February a The package not arrival yet !!really !is lost for sure very bad ?

June was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help me. I was about to spend unnecessary money on boxes I didn’t need. She is the best postal worker I’ve ever encountered.

The USPS locations can be extremely busy or not. The larger location in Cape Coral has 2 kiosks which, when working, are GREAT.
