I see some negative reviews, but my experience has always been good. Yes, lines do form sometimes out the door, but everyone is working as fast as they can. Employees are nice, but they're also trying to do their work, so they aren't chatty. Maybe some mistake this as unfriendly?

Always friendly, kind, helpful, and prompt. Never a wait. Always fully staffed. I much prefer shipping my packages here, than at the post office. Time, and time again, I drive right past the post office to ship from this UPS store. Thank you for employing such a great group of employees to care for us.

Over the top Customer service by Kim and Grant. Kim took some extra time and packed up and box very carefully and odd shaped item. I was mailing to California. Highly recommend.
