Come in with my stuff to return. Brought my own box asked to if the lady had tape and she was so rude to me and my fiance. Then she was being nasty waving her hands asking if I had a label or whatever to send this back. I said yes it’s on my phone give me a second my hands are full. Like if you hate your job that much that you have to be rude to your customers don’t work there.

This is my all in one ups in Cape Coral. They are the only one (that I know) closing at 7:00 pm. Anyone can tell the difference between this one and others because they are always looking for an extra mile to satisfy clients.

Was from out of town and had to get labs done at Walgreens next door and they would not let us get our labs done without a printed paper vs electronic. Went next door to UPS store they were beyond helpful, kind, and compassionate. Had paper in hand in seconds! Would recommend this store for any of your UPS needs!!
