I just had the most amazing experience here today! I am a diamond member and spend mega mega money at Ulta and it makes me so happy that sales associate. Natalie helps save me so much money today by offering me a gift set that was literally a few dollars more than the full-size bottle of I want Choo eau de parfum from Jimmy Choo!!!! She was incredibly helpful as I had recently had a total right hip replacement and was walking around with my cane and she offered to grab my basket for me and place it up At the register so I could use the restroom. She gave me all kinds of great recommendations as I am a fragrance freak and always on the lookout for something that I like. I ended up with that bottle. I just mentioned also good girl by Carolina Herrera and Prada Paradoxe. I am so happy Ulta carries these very prestigious fragrance lines I can get here right in Cape Coral. Natalie gave me 5-Star service and all the associates and manager at the Cape Coral location are so friendly and welcoming to me! Been coming here for years and will never stop!?

Well, my name is Janet Nieves. I came to Ulta Beauty and I was speaking to Margaret that helped me so much! I came here with a big problem with my skin dry and Irritated because I use a product there wasn’t good for me. I wanted a good product and Margaret has helped me so much !!! I’m very much satisfying with all the Recommendation that she has given me with the product that I’m buying..Now I’m very pleased if I was to come back and need anything for my skin or my body, I would definitely would like to come back to her because she knows what she’s doing and she explains everything very well. I’m very, very pleased and is a good person to come to Margaret. She’s very knowledgeable!

can I just say that NATALIE was PHENOMENAL! She picked out a full face worth of different blush, foundation, eyeliners, mascaras and I’m trying them all on in the car and they’re AMAZING. She is truly a gem to this company; completely understanding of budgets that you have, very suggestive, full of life and incredibly kind and outgoing. This is the best experience I’ve ever had in an ulta, she made me feel heard and was almost like a personal makeup guide for me. AMAZING. Will come back specifically to order makeup with Natalie’s help. Thank you!!!

The Ulta brand cosmetics are being updated so what I was looking for was not available... The cosmetic brand Pacifica was obviously being deleted from their inventory. I was very disappointed as the brand provides a sunscreen that is very user-friendly with other cosmetics. This was a very disappointing trip.

Be aware that if you go into this location you run the risk of running into a manager named Klessie and it will ruin your day.
My sister and I were given information that led us to go in store to pay on my card but apparently what we were told by a corporate rep was incorrect and paying in store isn’t an option. This would have been accepted and we would just leave but this MANAGER Klessie decided to turn on a rotten attitude and started raising her voice to my sister and speaking so unprofessionally. The interaction started off calm but as Klessie became more offended that my sister mispronounced her name and became increasingly disrespectful so my sister had to respond in kind. When my sister asked for the store number (1149) this apparently offended this manager to the max and this MANAGER even took it so far as to walk away saying things about needing walk away before she loses her job, which we took as somewhat of a threat to her safety b/c of Klessie’s tone of voice and body language.
We made sure to inform corporate immediately but we’ve never heard any sort of resolution and it’s been over a month since the incident.
So again just be aware that if you go in trusting information provided by another Ulta rep you may get screamed at and they may attempt to intimidate and embarrass you just for asking basic questions.

This store does NOT abide by their policy. Do not waste your money coming here. Go to Sephora, Dillards, Macy’s or just any store other than this one. Klessie (the manager) refused to return my item. It was within 60 days AND I had a receipt. I was told by an associate when I bought it that if it didn’t work I had up to 60 days to return it. I am outside the store with corporate who CANNOT do anything about it. It’s simply a disappointment doing business with ULTA.
Update: after spending 25 minutes on the phone with corporate complaining about how I did not violate any policy, they agreed however I was going to have to wait 1-3 business days while they contacted the store via an EMAIL. That’s how important I am to them. It is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT what’s on the return policy. The first thing it says is that returns are easy. Klessie, the store manager finally processed my return after I had to come back and tell her I just spent 30 min with corporate. She processed my return so quick. Why did she have to waste my time??? I didn’t do anything wrong. And the owner always comments, sorry for your negative experience, hopefully the next one is better. There will NOT be a next one. I am a LOYAL customer. I will be loyal ELSEWHERE.

Unfortunately I didn’t get any help and when asking a quick question I was
shut down and told they didn’t have time they were too busy, I understand being busy I would’ve appreciated it to be told nicely to me especially since I asked nicely.
