Kelley & Troy went completely out of their way to accommodate us during our recent visit. We had just sold our current LR set and needed a new set ASAP. After placing our order with Kelley, we were informed that our furniture wouldn't be delivered for 6-8 weeks. I was going in for surgery on Monday and now wouldn't have any comfy furniture for recovery. We left the store knowing we would need to move our patio furniture inside for recovery. Well, we arrived home and received a call from Kelley stating that her and Troy wanted to provide us with a sofa, free of charge, while I recovered. A totally unexpected but greatly appreciated gesture from Kelley and Troy. Thank you both so very much for your kindness and generosity. It was truly appreciated. Tropical Furniture Gallery is the ONLY furniture store to shop! Highly recommend!!

We needed some outdoor furniture for our dock, so we looked around at a few places. We thought the Finch furniture looked the nicest out of all the other brands we looked at. Kelly was very helpful, and we finally decided on the color and pieces we wanted to buy. She told us that she would throw in the umbrella for free and we were very thankful. We did spend over $10,000 for the furniture and the umbrella was about $200. When they came for delivery, we were told that the umbrella didn't come in and they would deliver it as soon as they got it. About a week later we were in the area and decided to stop in ask if it came. The woman said she didn't know anything about it and would leave a message for the owners. Another week went by, and we decided to check in again and was told the owner would get back to us the following week. We decided to call when again we didn't hear anything and Kelly said, "they don't make that color umbrella anymore and there really isn't another color that would work with your furniture". She also said "I didn't charge you for it anyway" and "just go on Amazon and look for a $30 umbrella because it isn't going to last anyway". I really think that they changed their minds about giving us the umbrella for free. I would rather she say that they couldn't give it to us for free and we would have paid for it. We are happy with our furniture but will never shop at this store again. I just feel that the communication was terrible, and they weren't being honest.

Not outside lanai furniture as we were told by the owner!We had just moved here to Florida and went into this store looking for outdoor furniture. The owner Troy Bogue showed us what would be perfect for our outside lanai. He told us that he would hold in his store till our lanai was finished!We ordered it and it was delivered, but then after just 1 month the furniture cushions faded almost totally.He guaranteed us that was outdoor lanai furniture, but threw in a BS fabric protection, which was a real joke! Especially since he normally charges $$$ !!!My husband called the company that makes this furniture and they told him it never should have never been sold as outdoor because it was indoor furniture.He’s a scam artist. We asked him for help and he refused. If you want good honest reliable people. DONT go here!He lies as easy as Normal people breathe!!!It’s so natural to him. So if you’re looking for furniture DON’T go to Tropical Furniture Gallery. The furniture will fall apart faster than anything I have ever seen he’ll lie to you, just to make the sale!We’re out 4K because of him. Blatantly lied. And now he’s trying to stop us by bullying us from posting this truth.We have no need for a bully nor his misrepresentations and then threatening us from telling the TRUTHResponse to owners note…We’ve only ever had to give one bad review, so this is highly unusual for us.He just can’t help himself from lying still apparently! ??♀️

We purchased two beautiful wood pieces in April, which we were able to keep at the store until we were ready to move into our house in Cape Coral on Oct. 1st… Hurricane Ian had different plans, but the folks at Tropical Furniture took care of us. Delivered the table and cabinet Oct. 12th, despite the fact that they were themselves dealing with clean up! We will be shopping there often! ???

Just had our Finch outdoor poly bar with 5 stools delivered and we love it. We went into the store a couple weeks ago and met Kelley. We looked at several options but needed to do more measurements. She followed up with us on our thoughts and invited us back in to take another look. Kelley was awesome and helped us select this set which fits perfectly and looks amazing. It wasn't the original ideas we had going in to look around which makes the experience even better. We walked out with an even better selection. Delivery was flawless by Marvin and Jamal. Very nice and professional. Patiently helped move the bar into the position I wanted. Highly recommend Tropical Furniture!

We went to this furniture place and must admit there are many other stores in the area that are better than this one including Matter Brothers. Prices are very high and quality is not what you would expect of a furniture store that commands these prices.
