Have a 1986 Trans am. They took over a year to paint with only minor damage. When it was time to pick the car up, I noticed about 10 things that needed to be touched up or repaired. The owner promised he would fix the repairs after I showed them to him. He asked if I could bring it back when they got caught up in work. After continuing to call him ( which most of the time he wasn't there or they said he wasn't). I finally got in touch with him after a year of trying. He said he no longer works on cars like mine. This business doesn't even deserve 1 star. If you look at my reviews I have left, you will notice this is the only bad review I have posted. I will never recommend this place to anyone. He took my 7,000 dollars and never wanted to see me again. More than likely I will be getting a lawyer to settle this. Thank you.

First off they took weeks longer than reported to do my car work. Furthermore, they charged my insurance for work they never did. parts never arrived they claimed but also they never gave me the money back to get done elsewhere. I ended up paying my audi company extra money. Also, when i asked not once but three times for paperwork I kept being told to check back and it still has not been provided to me over a year later. Not know this would all happen I referred someone who is going through the same ordeal. Someone needs to get this fixed. These people are thieves and liars.

They did an excellent job fixing our car after being hit from behind. They also painted the chipped and rusting hood of our car and it looks great. They were quick, efficient and so friendly. Highly recommend!Services: Painting

I had my black truck there to be repaired after being very busy from the hurricane IAN. The works are excellent. The people there are very warm and friendly. The insurance cost estimate was met exactly without any surcharges or concealments. I am very satisfied and will now also bring my second truck, my wife's, here.Service: Painting

This auto shop lies and does unprofessional work. They also do not fix what they mess up. I would never recommend that dump. They definitely don't care about the customers or do the job the right way!

Just picked up my Santa Fe and I am very pleased with the work done. It is perfect. Santiago is extremely professional and easy to talk to. Most importantly he knows how to work with insurance companies. I personally didn't have to jump through any hoops he handled it like a pro and got it done!Service: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend Trinity auto body to anyone. They did a fantastic job on my paint job at a very reasonable price and the customer service I received was excellent!
