Realtors Beware. This was my experience: I called numerous times and emailed for days to coordinate closing and was told that Liz was handling it. On the day before closing I still did not have an answer. I advised them that I would be in North Captiva where phone service was iffy to please reach me via email. I also called multiple times during that day with the same result. At the end of the day I was told that they had coordinated with the buyer directly. I then had to reschedule my day because of their lack of response and professionalism. There was no apology. In addition, they scheduled the my buyers to sign before the seller so they had to wait 2 hours to get their keys. But wait - there is more. On the day of closing my buyers had to come in twice because they 'missed two signatures'. The cherry on top was that they gave my check to my clients and not even in an envelope to give to me. This has been the most unprofessional closing I have ever been to.
