had a positive review for this place for years, which I'm changing now because I had the worst experience, I asked for a deep pedicure for $52, I paid in advance and even left a tip in advance, an older lady assisted me, everything was going well with my pedicure until the lady picked up her utensils and left her work halfway, she didn't even get to fix my nails, it was like I had a mental illness, which I understand, but it's not fair to the paying customers to receive a half-assed service, and she also hurt my legs, so I decided to get up and leave, I'll never return to this place again, the owners should be more responsible in who they hire.

I will preface this by saying I hate leaving bad reviews. I will not return here. It’s a convenient location for me and that’s the only reason I’ve given it so many chances. Every time I’ve come, it’s gotten progressively worse. There’s a few girls who do a great job, Neivy for example does amazing. The guys who have done my nails have been awful. Last time I came in, it was Henry who did my nails and did a super rush job all while playing a game on his phone during the entire process. Today was I believe the owner, or whoever answers calls(which by the way he did the entire time he did my nails) and he did such a crap job. My full set is so thick, lopsided, corners missed, they just look awful. My fingers hurt from the tool burning against my skin so many times. To top it all off, I was charged way more than I ever have been before. Worst part of All is the lack of hygiene on the tools that don’t get sanitized. I also was confused at first as to why the soak acetone bowl was full of crumbs, but that was made first when he sucked the liquid back into the bottle after to reuse. All of the crap under every prior customers nails, soaked with mine. One of my last visits, I got cut and they used a chemical to stop the bleeding but instead of applying by drip or qtip, they put the tip of the bottle directly against my bleeding cut. Disgusting.
If you chance this place, i recommend requesting Neivy.

I have been coming here for years I have always made an appointment then when they have an issue I have always tried my best to work with them. Today I made an appointment and confirmed on their website got there 15 min before my appt yet I still couldn’t get taken care of I am very disappointed at this time. I won’t be coming back any longer.

Great place- the place is clean and they have plenty of people to attend to you. Since they brought in the Cuban workers, the place is much busier !! I had Daniella for the first time and will now use her.

They mutilated my fingers and toes. As you can see in the picture, they cut the corner of my toe off and it got infected. They also mutilated my fingers. He used a Dremel to cut my cuticles and slice them up. They were bleeding everywhere. Don’t worry. The next person who sat down in the chair, got the same Dremel that was all overall over my bloody fingers on theirs.

This is probably the worst job I have ever had done. I went with a wedding party to get done up for the wedding. I showed up about 20 min later than the rest of my party so I only got 10 min of a pedicure that was paid in full for. I guess they were keeping me with their schedule? They mutilated my toes, Filed the skin and used tools that weren't cleaned to cut the cuticles on my toes. Let's not forget the huge chunk of skin they cut off the top of my toe. The very next day I could barely stand in the heels for the wedding. My toe was so swollen. The picture is from 3 days after the pedicure. The doctor said it looks like dirty tools caused the skin infection. My fingers were absolutely tortured. I kept saying ow and my fingers were dripping blood. He just used the nail grinder to cut down my cuticles. This is also a reflection of how dirty this place was. He was grinding my bloody finger (from him) with the communal nail grinder that plugs in. After I got up, he went to town on the next girl with that same nail grinder. What the actual fluff, ew. This place is not sanitary at all. Do not go here!!!
