Not sure if this is correct store, but it's the closest to us. We ordered hurricane impact windows after Ian. After dealing with the awesome salesman, it has been a nightmare! The windows took forever and a day to come in (and one slider panel was cracked), they sub all the work out, and every time we'd call we got the run around. After they stuccoed around the 4 windows, we were told they don't paint- "that's on you". After we had the stucco painted, it magnified the shoddy stucco job. So they sent a team out to caulk one window and it looks perfect. However, the other three windows look bad in comparison. Today they sent out a guy to look at them. He says "It's the paint. When they paint again it'll look better". It's not the paint. I will never recommend this company again. $20, 000 and I'm not happy!!!

Asked multiple employees to price check and all refused saying it was their store policy. Which is a lie so I called corporate and was explained that Home Depot actually has a price match guarantee that this store was not upholding.So they started an investigation. Weeks later I received a call from corporate stating that they informed and corrected the store and now I/we should be able to price match.The fact that I have to call start an internal investigation for something like a price match GUARANTEE is ridiculous.

It really is terribly late, it has no frontage at all, it's very hard to find, the store itself is laid out a little odd. The self check out has more people standing around to try to show people how to check out, then would've been actively working prior checking people out. It is insane

This Home Depot location is the worst. They hired a bunch of grumpy people here that has zero customer service and no team effort. The woman with the clutch behind the customer service is the rudest and lazy.I bought numerous pallets bag of concrete and Home Depot charged $25 deposit plus tax per wooden pallet that the bags sit on top of. I brought in 9 pallets to return to get my money back. I have a pro account. All transactions are recorded on my account. Out of 9, they only credited me for 1 refund. They claimed I didn't pay for them. If the code they used to ring you up initially didn't match, their system wouldn't recognize that you paid them. Therefore, you didn't pay. This set up is a scam. I lost $200 worth of the deposit. Run away from this store.

Really rude old man working here didn't want to help me and just said "there's someone sitting in a chair over there that can help" and just walks into the back... that's some great customer service..... im happily take my business to Lowe's. 1 star

My Wife and I recently shopped at the Home Depot, Pine Island Rd in Cape Coral location. We were stymied looking for just the right lightBulb for our yard light. A young man named Luis approached us and asked us if we needed assistance. We told him what we were looking for. He took the time to show us our options and was very helpful. We were impressed by his expertise, attitude and knowledge. Luis is a breath of fresh air for your business. Kudo's to Luis for his effort and professionalism. He is a real asset to your business!

Home Depot ok but they use this company Peters Plumbing shameful: In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using them and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital.they required a half down deposit ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to.called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local field manager ( Jose)and he said somebody would be out the following day, two days later they were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside spigots . While They did show up there ,I saw them leave so I called right away and was told that they would contact them and have come back and fix my well and get water working, that didn’t happen and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused to give deposit back saying it was their policy no refunds,I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY. VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. AND THEY. ARE ALSO A HOME DEPOT VENDOR. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED ....

I'm struggling with the rating on this one. The selection of items is great. They usually have what we need and I love the garden center. The problem is the staff. Today I needed bug spray for my garden. I asked the cashier in the garden center where I could find it (after looking all around the garden center). She snapped and said "it's over there somewhere, you just need to look around. I just cash people out I don't know where it is". So I looked around again to no avail. I went inside to the customer service desk. Three people there. One person is being waited on. One lady is talking to the man working there. I'm at the desk and they don't even acknowledge you even after I say "excuse me " twice! So I walk back and see three people talking who work there and are putting together furniture. I ask them where I can find this spray. He points to the left and said "seven". Seven what?? I didn't know what he was talking about. I assumed it was the name of the spray. I asked if I could spray it directly on plants. He laughed and said "you can spray it on vegetables if you want". I headed in the direction he pointed. Looked for a while and found it. When I went to check out the cashier said "oh you found it, sorry but I don't know where anything is, they move it every night". I hesitated to say anything but it was ridiculous. I have a hard time walking anyway so walking around the place trying to find something was hard and then to have such rude employees who couldn't have been less helpful. I thought at first it was a lack of staff but clearly there were enough standing around that one of them could have helped me.

I went into the store to return an item and purchase another thing the store was not busy ,no one was standing in line that I could see ,I waited behind another customer,about 6' away ,when I hear this rude "SIR!,THE LINE IS BACK HERE !" It was an employee in a wheelchair yelling at me ! ,mind you his line ,1 guy,was about 20' back . Very obnoxious,very rude . live come to expect indifferent behavior at this store but this was over the top . I spend thousands of dollars here every year but no more . this was the Home Depot in north fort Myers / Cape Coral

I went to this location this past Sunday for lumber for a project, gathered my lumber and needed a couple pieces of ply wood cut , after waiting about 30 mins looking for the employees in the lumber department 2 other employees said they tried to call them and they were not answering and finally a 3rd said that the only 2 lumber employees were on brake together, needless to say I most likely will not be back... this is not how a buissness is made profitable
