Home Depot Appliances buyers beware. If you pay for installation and it can not be installed- Home Depot calls it buyer’s remorse because the appliance can not be returned. This is what Charles told us when the installers would not install a microwave because we have a tile backsplash. We were never asked when purchasing the microwave and installation which would have made this a non-issue. What kind of customer service is this?

We bought a Stove and Microwave oven. We paid for installation for both. The oven was plugged in and shoved in the hole. They did not put the filler bar on it so now there is a hole behind the stove. They did not install the anti tipping device so the stove is useless and deemed unsafe as stated by the representative on the phone. They took our old stove which they were supposed to leave on the curb. I’m assuming they are keeping it for themselves to do whatever with so now we have no stove that we can safely operate. They did not install the microwave because we have tile on the wall which no one asked us if we had when they sold it to us on the showroom floor. The tile we have would not have been in the way of installing the microwave. They will not return the microwave because it is buyers remorse. Yes. They (Charles) said buyers remorse and his manager is on vacation and this would be over his limit of returns. we talked to 6 people throughout the Home Depot chain and everyone of them says it’s out of their hands. They never once asked us any questions about what our kitchen was like when we were being sold these two items. They never once said that there might be reasons that they would not be able to install them. They literally said I need to find a contractor to install this microwave after they sold it and after i paid them for installation. Do not buy from any Home Depot because they are the most dishonest people I have ever done business with. After the sale you mean nothing to them.

Debbie assisted me with our rental for February. I originally did the reservation online but I still needed to talk about it and acquire more details. I'm so glad Debbie answered the phone. Such a knowledgeable young women. I really appreciated her. 15 minutes of courteous, positive, informative conversation. I love smart Women.... I Really I do. You all know what I mean! So, thanks to her we are sticking with our plans to stay with them. Good job Penske for hiring her. She's a keeper for sure!

Had his shoes with a belt breaking and the staff was very understanding and helped me without overcharging me also had to return about 45 minutes after my rental time and they just did a prorated adjustment amount very small rather than charge me another whole 4 hours greatly appreciated very kind excellent customer service Cape Coral is awesome

Visited Home Depot in Cape Coral last week and wanted to especially thank your employee Roxanne Ramdial for her kind and thoughtful service...when I asked about face masks we were told none were left but she asked me to wait a moment When she returned she gave us 2 hand sewn masks she had been making for her Fellow employees and for the hospital.

we placed an online order for delivery, was not delivered and their system shows an attempted for delivery which was not true. first and last time we order from HD. Have order form other retailers without this problem. in top of everything been on hold on the phone for more than 2 hours.
