I have taken all four of my pass cars to them. I haven't been disappointed with their work job. Their prices are around where most mechanics would charge some are a little less. But everything they did work on my car I have no complaints. That's why I give 4 star

The people there are slow. Not productive especially when you have clients in the lobby. People in the shop just sitting around on their phones. Desk person wears flip flops walking in and out of the shop and they didn't put my air caps back on my tires when competed. Had to go back up there and they gave me some cheap ones that don't even fit right.

Heather and Erik where really comprehensive and attentive! Very good customer service and they earned a client. They helped my daughter with her vehicle's breaks and since that moment, they eran another client!

I was having an issue with one of my Camaros not starting properly. They tested the battery and it was fine. The tech told me I would be best taking it to the dealer to run better diagnostics. I appreciate the honesty and not having me throw $$ at something that wouldn’t fix the issue.

This place has really gone down hill. I had tires replaced there a few years ago and they were fine. This time, I had tires sent in from Tire Rack and it took two appointment schedules to get the work done. They told me I needed a four wheel alignment, so I paid for that as well. See the attached photos. These are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's with just over 1,000 miles. They clearly messed up the rear alignment and either didn't tighten things down or dialed in too much negative camber. They also cross threaded one of the lug nuts so the bolt snapped when I tried to remove the wheel. Their poor workmanship is going to cost me close to $1,500. Never going back here again.

I just want to say thank you. I went to 1 store to have them fix my alignment the 1st time I had to turn back around to have fix because it was pulling to the right bad. The second time it fixed it some but with speed it would pull to the right. This wonderful guy took my car for a spin and worked on it until he got it to drive straight. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and taking the time to fix it right.

This place is top notch for service, communication and friendly team members, once again.I started coming here in 2008 and always had an exceptional experience. Then, the GM left and this place went downhill. I avoided coming here for several years in the dark times.Now, the new store manager, Heather (she may not be new but I haven't been here in over two years) has returned this location to its former glory. Her service advisors are knowledgeable and caring and take good care of your vehicle and concerns as if you were family.If you had a bad experience at this location in the past (as I did on multiple occasions), I would highly recommend you give them a try again. I'm excited to have my tire shop and service center back after years of poor management.A big thank you goes to Heather, Erick and the team of technicians and service advisors for being passionate about their trade and customer care.

I dropped my vehicle off because my alternator died and had some other things worked on after they inspected. It took about a week to fix and when it was ready for pick up one of my electric running boards were unplugged with the other side bent so it did not deploy. On top of that they quoted me 1,500 for a water pump after they said the truck was good to go. I asked the front desk about this and it seemed that they tried to push me out of there with no resolution. My wife complained and they said they would order a water pump and try to help with the running board if I got the truck back in. So I brought it back and they did not order and said they would Monday and service manager (I wonder if she even knows about this) will get involved to resolve. I got the water pump and running board fixed at Jets auto down the road for $980 thank God they do honest work. No follow up or anything from Tires Plus. I won’t ever take my truck there again.

Loved the girl at the front desk, manager great too. Unfortunately got to give a one star review because I tossed my debit card into the cupholder before getting my new tires, went straight home, realized next morning it was gone I just assumed it fell between the seats no big deal until I just received an alert that it was declined for incorrect pin at BJ’s. Long story short, an employee stole my debit card

Took my vehicle in for nail in tire and was also given a courtesy check for battery, sales rep tried to tell me I needed a new battery. Went somewhere else to have battery checked and imagine to my surprise that there was nothing wrong with my battery as it was at full capacity !!! Don't appreciate being lied to and will not recommend them to anyone. Hancock Bridge store in Cape Coral Florida.

Wanted to write this review to give the highest review and compliment to service person Clinton. I unfortunately drove up without an appt about 5:30 last evening on my way home from work due to having a brake light out. Even though the shop was busy Clinton took the time to assist me. He was super professional, courteous and absolutely went above and beyond to help me out. What an amazing example of EXCELLENT customer service. I hope his management reads this and acknowledges Clinton and appreciate what an asset he is to their business. Definitely will be returning and requesting Clinton for all my car’s needs
