“Could not get my 2008 E-350 out of park. Did a battery trick too get It to their shop. Was told a week out. When I brought it in, the mechanic finished my sentences when I reinterated the issue. He and his employees obviously had the experience. 2 days later I got a call to pick it up. Brake sensor and multiple fuses along with correctly rewiring said sensors. They replaced all shorted out bulbs as well. These are the kind of mechanics that the world needs more of.”
“What a reliable, honest and professional auto repair shop. Joe and his crew will repair your vehicle with great quality work and good prices. I took my vehicle in for some preventive maintenance and he allowed me to bring in my own parts to replace the serpentine belt and spark plugs. He also returned the used parts that was exchanged with this task. I am totally convinced that I will return again for any further work that needs to be done on our vehicle. “Came in to get a tire patched but turns out previous person had already had one in it and I had a screw driver in my tire. So they got me set up with a new tire right away didn’t take longer then 25 minutes! They were also so friendly on the phone Definitely recommend them for your needs thank you I travel back to Wisconsin now !”

“So I had a very unusual experience here today. After bringing my car in for inspection at Val Ward Cadillac they told me I needed new struts all the way around. That was five months ago. The other day I called and they wanted over $5200 to replace the struts do a wheel alignment and change your oil.
So I decided to call Premier auto service. I got a price for $4200 for the same job. After they inspected my car, they inform me that my struts did not need to be changed that there was nothing wrong with them. Although I did have some other areas of interest that needed to be taken care of instead. That actually added up to around the same dollar amount. So I had them perform the work. My recommendation would be to always double check your work with another shop. For your information I do realize that the Cadillac deal would be more money. So I knew that they would be using GM parts and their labor was is higher, that’s why the prices were lower at Premier. But, being told by the Cadillac dealership mechanic that I needed to replace the struts is not doing good business. I will not be doing business there for any work in the future. I will be going to Premier auto service center from now on for future work needed performed on my vehicle.”
“I had taken my car in for an oil leak. Andrew told me what the issue was. I found out there is a recall and I can have it fixed for free at the dealer. They didn’t charge me anything to have it looked at. I had my tires rotated and oil changed and the price was great! I would highly recommend Wilson’s automotive!”

“I had taken my IS300 to 4 different shops to try and diagnose a clunk sound I had been experiencing for almost a year. All the shops were just shrugging their shoulders about it. I dropped off my car and a couple of hours later I get a call telling me “I think we found it”. I was blown away! Besides the shops I had put in so many hours with a friend to try and fix this on our own. Weekend after weekend. Mr. B’s found it in a couple of hours. Truly truly respect and appreciate the work they did for my car. Finding what others couldn’t. I will hold them in the highest regard and add them to my list of shops as a “go to” when you need things done right.

“Was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend getting used or new tires from here. They also fix tires if you have a nail stuck in them. They are professional and courteous. They offer the ability to pay with card but I would recommend bringing cash with you. They have great prices and would recommend them again and again. Hablan español también. “Everyone that I came in contact with at Good Year was just awesome!! They didn't have to help me but decided they would. It was the 4th of July thankfully.
I bought tires and prepaid from tire mounting. I received the tires but they said they couldn't mount my tires because I have a handicap van with a under carriage ramp. They sent me to another Walmart. No luck, then sent me to a couple other Walmarts. I gave up and refused to go to yet another Walmart. Good Year saved me!! Thanks to everyone for everything!!!
