Day 1 of 5. Room is awesome. View is great from balcony which is huge. Kids loving it. Food is tastefull including room service. Perfect vacation to wind down. Heated pool.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff in this hotel for making my short stay beyond a pleasant experience! I stayed 1 night over this past weekend with my family to visit my sister in town. And although a few minor inconveniences occurred, it was not enough to be upsetting, things happen everywhere and I’ve experienced worse in a couple Disney deluxe resorts!Every staff member made sure we were immediately taken care of and they did so with sincere kindness! Truly everyone we encountered were so friendly! That is what makes a perfect stay in my book. I do wish we could’ve stayed longer, and I would have if my kids did not have midterm exams this week. I will certainly be back here every time I visit. Such a beautiful hotel, well manicured, clean, beautiful Christmas decor (the lobby nutcrackers are too cute!) and come on, the views!!Bravo to everyone working at The Westin in Cape Coral, you all deserve the best in life. I absolutely loved this spot. They have so many amenities! The room was fantastic with a balcony and a gorgeous view of the water! I was able to have a complimentary dolphin boat tour, and I enjoyed the sauna. You can also ride their bikes around the property. They have so many restaurants to choose from as well. I would definitely recommend this resort for an amazing stay!

We had an amazing time staying here. The views are unreal. The location is awesome. Tosha was amazing to work with when planning our wedding and everything went flawlessly. We cannot recommend it enough! If you want to have the perfect time at a perfect place, don’t pass this up.Noteworthy details: Tosha was awesome! We are over the moon with how amazing everything was. What an absolutely wonderful stay we had here! Three days was not long enough! Staff are exceptional from the valet to the front desk. Our marina view room on the 17th floor had breathtaking views and was immaculate! The room was so spacious! Comfortable furniture, lovely kitchen and huge bedroom and bath. Loved sitting on the screened balcony! Pool was awesome. Loved the restaurants and the dolphin tour they provide was another awesome touch!! They just decorated for the holidays and the Christmas decor was stunning. Top notch place I highly recommend!!

The staff were all wonderful. The front desk didn't bat an eye when I left my key in the room 3 different times. The bartenders and event catering staff were great. Everybody went out of their way to make my stay a great experience.There were great views from both the balcony and outside the front door.

My brother and I hosted an event here at the Rosen Ballroom. A member of the event staff named Michelle was our point-of-contact and her customer service skills were phenomenal. She helped make our experience a smooth one. The suites at the hotel have a beautiful view and are nicely appointed. The area has a few shops and restaurants along a small promenade facing the marina.

Oh my word is this resort worth the stay! Such a spacious and comfortable room, EXCELLENT views with the gorgeous balcony showing the marina, really appreciate the bug screen that allows you to dine on the balcony without worrying about insects. Quiet rooms with very updated amenities.

Such a beautiful place. We stayed 4 nights, while visiting family in the area. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset from our balcony. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We came down for the night for a mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Idalia. Also cause they took dogs. Got to the hotel parked in the nice parking garage and off to the front desk we went. They were doing some construction so there was a little more walking then usual but no big deal at all. Checked in quickly and went to our room. Very large 2 bedroom suit with full kitchen and washer dryer. If staying for some time I would recommend one of the suites. The fitness center has new equipment and treadmills with a nice view. The resturant has a good bar with a nice happy hour. The breakfast was very good also. Next time we will stay longer and see some of the local things to do in and around the harbor there. We lost power at the Westin Resort in Cape Coral one evening, plunging my room into pitch black darkness. There was no AC, emergency lights, not even a simple nightlight, and the phone was dead too. The hotel staff failed to offer a lantern, leaving me in the dark for at least an hour while they fixed the issue. Whether or not the lack of emergency lighting violates local codes, the hotel’s failure to anticipate such a basic need is inexcusable. This experience was more than just disconcerting; it revealed a troubling lack of consideration for guest safety. This oversight isn’t just disappointing; it’s downright ridiculous. Future guests, take note.

Stayed at the Westin 1 night and that was more than enough. Giving this hotel 2 stars. Lets start with my room, I found old gold fish crackers under my bed, 2 long dental floss strings, one by the foot of my bed and the other behind the bathroom door, also, there was an empty lotion bottle behind one of the curtains. That's all I visibly saw. I was afraid to open drawers and find other things. My pillows cases were dirty and the dust in the room was everywhere, considering these rooms get cleaned "daily". When I made my reservation I was not informed the hotel was under construction, therefore the pool was closed and all exit doors to the marina were blocked. In order to get out you have to walk thru the Nauti Mermaid restaurant. I tried to rent a few complimentary bikes for my family but they only had 2 working bikes. I also tried to schedule the complimentary dolphin tour and was told they didn't have that available either. Not sure if this hotel will get better after the construction or not but I definitely wont plan on going back.

Beautiful place, but there was a crane brought into the heart of the Hotel which made it difficult to get into the main entrance. Should of gave us a heads up before booking this place. The day I arrived they started the fixing of all the roofing on all the buildings.Should of gave us a discount for the inconvenience?Not right. Had a pleasant stay.But we should have be told & discounted for this major inconvenience!

Awesome 5 star luxury resort! Got it for a steal, but well worth the $200-300 they charge normally. Pristine, well designed rooms, friendly/professional staff and best of all: the FREE dolphin/manatee cruise!! We are coming back!

We got a room overlooking the river so we could see the fireworks on 4th of July. It's a very nice, clean hotel. Our room has a kitchen and living area and bedroom. Several restaurants to choose from because there are some in the adjacent shopping area. Upscale. Nice. 3 pools to choose from.
