So I have been going to this shop for about 8 months. I really liked the store and staff. I'm in there between three and four times a week. I spend anywhere from $125 to $175 a week at the store. I bought a vapor last night about 8:00 last night. And I only took maybe a cup of puffs off the machine and it just quit working on me. So I had to wait until I got off work to come up there and exchange it that's what I was told if it's within a day. So I took it up there and went to exchange it and the guys like no sorry I can't do that it has to be within the day. I'm like I bought it last night at 8:00. The guy up there tonight said well if it was a day I could exchange it or give you 10% I'm like it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. Like I could understand if that was just like a one time by but again I'm in there between 3 and 4 times a week spending between $125 and $175 a week. Again I can understand if it was two or three days past or that was just a one-time buy. But I'm in there all the time. Honestly I thought you took better care of your customers guys.
