Fraud alert???? after talking to a few people I found out that I’m not the only victim!In July I signed up for a one time Appt. to help loosen a stiff back, after the Appt I went to check out and the young lady at the front desk asked if I was interested in a special promotion they were offering it was advertised on a pamphlet up front that said 4 treatments for 79.99, I thought to myself maybe I should in case I do need another visit in the future!⛔️⛔️⛔️⚠️This is where they get you so be careful.. what I was not told is that this is a recurring fee that reoccurred after so many months and also if you don’t use those 4 visits, they don’t roll over which I really didn’t care to much about since I only visited for 2 Appt. out of the 4 in the promotion… not a huge deal there, but I stopped in when I saw a charge on my card the 2nd time, I thought it was an easy mistake and they would make things right! When I walked and explained the situation the employee behind the desk was extremely rude, I honestly thought she was joking but she wasn’t, she was straight forward and told me that the charge could not be refunded.. I kinda said hold on a second.. I looked at her and said so I’m being charged for services I don’t want, services that aren’t rendered and you won’t refund my money to me… she said no we can’t refund it.. what we can do is cancel your acct so you don’t get charged again!!!!! Again when I originally signed up for the one time promotion for 79.99 for 4 visits I was never told it was a recurring fee!! MY ONLY QUESTION IS CAN YOU REFUND THE SECOND CHARGE SINCE I NEVER GOT SERVICES AND I NEVER EVEN KNEW I WAS ON A CONTRACT OR RECURRING FEE, WILL YOU REFUND THE 79.99 CHARGE AND KEEP A CUSTOMER OR SAY SCREW HIM AND NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!Note: the woman that worked the front desk when I originally signed up was very nice, the same woman that was working the front desk when I came back to dispute a charge was not very nice, she was rather pretty rude, I was really hoping she would care to help out more and take care of a customer, I understand the charge might be out of her hands and she can’t do anything from her position but at least help your customers and try to lead them in the right direction, maybe give them a corporate direct contact or upper management member to contact or franchise owner… ultimately the taste you leave in the customers mouth is how your going to continue to receive business from them or even future customers!

I’ve used chiropractors for the last 10 years in several states . When we moved to Cape Coral I tried several without much luck thinking they weren’t a good fit .Dr Tracy at the Joint is THE BEST ! I am so grateful to have found someone who cares , knows their craft and goes above and beyond to help the patient feel their best. Couldn’t be happier !!! And the packages are affordable!!

I moved from fl to Ky, forgot to cancel at the office before we moved. I called in and they told me to go to the nearest location and sign the cancellation form. I did that months ago like I did with my previous membership I had in Texas with no issues. To my surprise the florida location kept charging me every month. I disputed the charges when I realized I kept being charged. I called the local office here in louisville to confirm they had sent this to the cape coral office, and they confirmed and didn’t know why the cape coral office was still billing me. I have since been charged again and I do not give them permission to store my card information or to charge it.

Dr. Goodney was excellent!! He adjusted my back, neck and shoulder that has been hurting for a long time.Dina the receptionist was super helpful and attentive in helping me register for the 1st time. I would recommend The Joint to everyone that has bones that pop and crack.

Frauds, thieves! Stole money when services have not been rendered. Falsifying documents. Will never agree to go here or any other location. They stole money from my husband. They didn’t even render the services that were paid for and then proceeded to take more. There was never any discussion about a reoccurring charge or any paper work signed. We tried to communicate with them they refused to reach out to us. So now disputing with bank and will take further if need be.Dishonest people! Plus services that did get provided did nothing for the main reason for the visit and was totally disregarded.I can’t respond to you because it doesn’t allow and you have still failed to reach out after we have asked for you too. The dispute was for the services that were never rendered you all received your first payment and there was no dispute on that charge just the one that has been charged and not rendered. We went in person asked to speak with the owner and called both times was told we would be contacted and no one ever contacted us! We also have documentation. So you could be a great business owner and reach out!

Dr. Goodney is awesome! My wife are super happy and feeling a lot better after a few visits. We definitely recommend them!

I love this place!! They do amazing work at great prices. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming. I have neck and back pain and almost immediately I can feel relief when I leave there. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

I have called multiple times to talk to someone about canceling my membership that I didn't even know I bought and I have not gone since November and im being charged $78.00 every month for absolutely nothing . This company has bad customer service you would think if someone hasn't gone for almost a year they would call and see if you want to cancel but every time I call or go in there is no manager and I want a refund of my money

I bought the "Buy 5 months and get your 6th month free" package. I think the doctors here are very friendly here but after 4 months of continuous pain I knew I needed more than chiropractor. I didn't even use the last 2 months I paid for because it wasn't helping and I didn't want my back to get worse. I saw that they charged me in July for a "one month" price and I called to ask about this, as my receipt from January literally says "one time purchase" and I was instructed that it's actually a membership and after the 6 months are up, you go onto a monthly reoccurring plan. I was never informed this and I was glad to still have my receipts. The girl that day told me I needed to come in and sign cancelation paperwork and it would be sent to corporate. I waited two weeks and called back asking for a follow up on this to know where my money was. I was told "Oh well it looks like you canceled on the day you were rebilled so we can't refund you". At that time I gave an attitude and repeated what I had said 2 weeks prior AND earlier on the phone. It then immediately changed to "Oh you bough the buy 5 get 1 month free, okay, we can refund you". & they did refund me, but I found the inconsistent information very strange.If you are having serious back issues I don't recommend this place, they don't do xrays and they just adjust you and they all work differently. I would get imaging done to your areas of concern and see if chiro is the right path for you and then find an office where you make your appointments with the doctor to be truly seen and heard. Verses being a member of a mill where turnover is important.However, if you just like the feeling of a quick realignment and don't mind being on a monthly subscription then sure this is worth it.I won't ever come back due to billing confusion and inconsistent communication.The place is VERY clean though, so you don't need to worry about dirty areas or anything, and they are open 7 days a week which was also nice.Dr. Tracy was by far the best!

This place let me tell you, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MEMBERSHIP HERE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT. MY husband say for over 45 minutes while other people walked in to get seen by the quack that runs the place I used to be a member at the location in Columbus Ohio and they were outstanding and amazing This place here on Santa Barbara sucks.I would not recommend it go to a regular chiropractor instead of a company that's wanting to sign you up for a monthly fee just like a gym membership.

so I came here one day because my neck was really hurting me and I had a kink in it for days. I came here talk to Dina who is the general manager and I was talked into getting a monthly plan which was $79 I did not know that that the one month plan means that you're really buying two months. I didn't know that until today when money was trying to be taken out of my account. So I called lab speak with one of the receptionist There and I am in the wellness industry so word of mouth is the biggest advertisement. I would never lie to somebody to sell a package ever in my life that's horrible to do. I thought I was just paying for one month also, I thought that the $29 special that they had running was included in that $79 that's what I thought and then when I got home and looked at my transaction I was like oh my god they charge me $29 plus $79 I thought that , the 29 was included in the $79. OK whatever I didn't say anything about it I let that slide. When I get somebody trying to charge my credit card does seriously that is not OK with me so I talk to the receptionist they said that they will let Dina know and Dina will call me tomorrow which is Monday and fix this issue because this is not OK you don't lie to somebody to sell a package and I told him not on the phone. He said well, we're kind of aggressive when it comes to selling packages , OK that's cool and everything at the same time you don't lie to somebody. So I will keep an update and I will keep this going on my review to see if she fixes it. I will contact my credit card company which I'm doing right now because I'm really upset that she lied to me. I thought it was just a one time $79 I thought the $29 was included for the first day. And it wasn't I let it slide and then I'm trying to get charged on my credit card $79. Thank God my credit card was locked. Otherwise I would've been out $79. I don't have time to go there. I thought that I would, but I I just did it for the last month so I wasted a lot of money. If this doesn't get fixed, I will make a report on the Better Business Bureau. I didn't know that this place only has 2.9 star rating that's really bad. I thought I was signing like my receipt I had no idea she was talking my ear off as the other one was checking me out, so no wonder I wasn't paying attention my goodness if you have to keep a business like that to trick people into buying things then that's really bad and you need to talk to God! patron keep my composure so I will keep posting on here to let you guys know if she fixed it because that's not right for her to do that that's not right for them to okey-doke somebody and lie to them so they buy a package. I just thought I was paying for a month I shouldn't even be having to do a review like this. This is awful, I don't do business like this ever And when I'm upset about some thing, I will just repeat myself so that's what I'm doing on here as I am pissed off and I don't usually use bad words like that I am so mad so so so mad and I'm disappointed. The last time that I was there I didn't even feel like I got adjusted. I've been going to Chiropractor since I was a little girl, my children their first doctors appointment was a chiropractor before they even saw their holistic pediatrician like I know how these things work. I know how packages work.

Unbelievable!! I've been in ridiculous pain since Sunday. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was recommended to come here by a friend. I cant believe how fast she fixed me. Holy Moly. I highly recommend Dr. Tracey. I'm truly stunned that it was this easy.
