Alyssa at Guest Services is an actual angel <3 she has a great attitude, and was really helpful. I called the store, and was told by another employee that my keys were not turned in. On a whim and extreme desperation, I drove back to Target and retraced my steps. Feeling defeated, I decided my last option was to try guest services. I was greeted by Alyssa with a smile, and she actually even remember my keys which was really awesome. Thanks Alyssa :)

Customer service. I bought a swimsuit bottom 3 days prior to my visit and went thru self-checkout. The sensor was not identified or removed, yet I still made it out the door with the sensor in tact.
I handed the woman my receipt and asked her to remove the tag. She asked me when I bought the suit bottoms. I said at least 3 days ago. She had the receipt in her HAND.
They do have a pretty clean store, though.

I haven’t run into any unpleasant experiences shopping at Target (any Target really) and their customer service employees are the easiest going and most friendly of any retail chain. I love their price matching policy AND I always feel so clean going into a Target. They should set the precedent for how all retail chains should be.

The store is very clean, however it's supposed to be a "super" Target and there isn't anything super about it. They do not carry many products, the food section is pretty much frozen food, and the quality of products are okay. Their selections of products are small and very limited.

I went shopping Friday. Spent almost 300.00. Drew the line at two items that had a sign posted 14.99 but when the price came up on the register it was 19.99. I asked why? The cashier asked if I had the target app on my phone? I said no, he said then the price would be 19.99. Told him that he could keep the two items. I have enough apps on my phone. I will just shop on Amazon.

Over priced Walmart in my opinion. Furthermore I've bought two electronic items from this place, both of which were returned within a couple days due to them being junk.
One time (honest truth) I purchased a clearance phone as a gift for my wife. Went to power it up, set up phone (motorolla) and appeared a corrupt operating system... called Punisher OS. I've been familiar with Android OS but this was some aftermarket bootleg junk that immediately altered other devices on our network. I decided that the best course of action was to go to target with the phone, boot up the device in store, connect it to their wifi, and let the corrupt OS go to work on their network. Eye for an eye! Probably didn't do much but the thought was satisfying enough.
Unless your going here to pick up cheap, expensive items. I'd avoid. Better off checking into Amazon. Peace ✌?

When offering online shopping deals for in store pickup, like spend $75 on food for a $15 discount, either have an unlimited supply in immediate storage to restock shelves or else include an option of a RAIN CHECK PICKUP so that as soon as an item is back in stock the customer can pick it up to meet the requirements of the offered deal. I spent a total of $214 and with the multiple deal discount it was $190 but $16 was recharged for the $75 food deal due to out of stocks. Driving a half hour out of the way across town to get the out of stocks at another store is customer abuse and not environmental. You made all these footprints with your development of stores in our Communities to "reduce the carbon foot print", according to the county planning department applications, but yet you encourage excessive driving thorough your deals which are revoked by out of stocks. Also there is no running tab under the order like most other retailers have on their websites that tells you how much more you have to spend to get the deal and there is no notice of how much over the offer we have to spend to cover out of stocks. Target does not spent time and money on me trying to get my payment, I kept my end of the deal, so I should not be given a discount and then have it taken away without warning by a withdrawal from my checking account because Target can't keep stock on the shelves and the only remedy is to increase the carbon footprint or choose having it shipped. TARGET WILL NOT SHIP FROZEN VEGETABLES AND SHIPPING ALSO INCREASES THE CARBON FOOT PRINT. DO RAIN CHECK ORDER PICKUPS FOR ITEMS YOU CAN"T KEEP ON THE SHELVES.

"KR" signed off for cleaning men's bathroom at 1.:30pm even though I was in there at 1:15 and there was enough hair on the urinals that you'd think it was a fur coat...not too mention the men's bathroom smelled straight up like urine, reeked actually. Clearly the "deorderizing system" that's plugged into the wall [covered with dust I might add] is NOT WORKING. Ever think of servicing that y'all?? Also, no deodorizer pads or anything in the urinals so no wonder why the bathroom has that wonderful stank going on.You'd think Target would do better...
