Went to talk to one of your advisors weeks ago about fraudulent charges. Was told my card had been closed. Called today to check on the disputes. Just to get told oh the card has not been closed which is holding up the dispute. Very disappointed with your quality of work and lack of care for your customers.
In response to your response, It has been another three weeks and this issue has still not been solved. I put in my original dispute on August 19, 2024. It has been a month now and I still do not have access to my account. Although you claim to put the customers needs first, I’ve had to go out of my way to pull out my paychecks in cash since you will not issue me a debit card. And go out of my way to make payments on a credit card since you will not give me access to Mobile banking. Therefore, I wouldn’t be claiming that you put the customers needs first when I’ve been inconvenienced and waiting over 30 days for you guys to fix fraudulent activity on my account.

This is a question for the owner. You need to hire tellers. We are 8 people in line and you have one teller. I see a woman in a cane, and many elders in line. You have 3 people in the customer service area.
