This place is run down and in disrepair. Broken things everywhere, makes me wonder about safety with children running around everywhere. Broken tents, lifeguard stands with duct tape, bridge falling apart, surface of pool cracking and breaking off, ropes and poles broken. Very few floats for rides and lazy river. The lifeguards all.have old falling apart life saving buoys, so sad. Cabanas were falling apart and missing zippers bees are all.around swarms of them. No sand left at all near the beach chairs. Was it wahd out by the rain? Never replaced? The pizza was terrible, hardly edible but yet it was almost $50. And the wine based drink was Pina colada, tasted old, moldy, turned, rotten, maybe the machine needs cleaned or it's old product??? The front security officer was rude and staring down people making them uncomfortable. It's a kids place so why be rude and dirty like the bathrooms. It's overpriced for a run down falling apart kids attraction. It is not the same as it used to be.

I had an awful experience working here. I honestly wish i had listened to just the reviews of VISITORS, let alone the other people who have worked here who warned me. For starters, it smells awful. I left with headaches so often because of the putrid smells of sewer and mold. The tubes (for lifeguards) desperately need to be replaced because they REEK just as bad, and are falling apart. There are names carved into a few of the tubes. Underpaid. There were days i would show up just to have to go home because of lightning, and i would get paid for maybe an hour- you can't make enough to save for anything doing that. This ruined my entire experience being a lifeguard because I've wanted to be one since i was little. Jumping in and saving people was the best part of the job, not even the pay. The supervisors were iffy- and they pretty clearly picked favorites, which is sad, because had they not they could have been nice. There was only one supervisor i didn't feel constantly belittled by. Oh, and speaking of being belittled, i was humiliated in front of my boyfriend who i took to the park and shamed in front of him, and told to leave the park. Why, you may ask? Because i called off after SAYING i couldn't work Saturdays, getting scheduled on a saturday, and being scheduled for another job. I then was told i didn't need to come in on Saturday for that other job, and wasn't sure what else to do, so decided i would spend my free time there as i was there already for in service. I can see now how this was a problem, but previously i had not. They saught me out (not dropping names out of respect) and then yelled and belittled me for it, and told me to leave the park. Without a ride. I sat there, in a storm, in the tennis court next to sunsplashes parking lot sobbing my eyes out. Its sad how they talk to literal children. Im 16. I'm not perfect. This was my FIRST JOB. Yes, I'm going to make mistakes. Yes, you can discipline me and tell me not to make those mistakes again. NO you can not yell at me and berate me. Yes i live a life outside work. My knees are completely scraped up and bruised from kneeling during inservice as well, and when i moved my crocs to protect them, i got the look of "really?" From the supervisors. I'm not actually doing CPR here, I'm practicing. I wouldn't be complaining about my knees if i was actually saving someones life. We also got yelled at for doing what we were told. They don't treat their employers with respect, i quit on the spot because i was so done with it all. I was planning to wait out the season but honestly im glad this happened because i don't think i could handle all of that. Thats too much stress for a 16 year old. They hire 15 year olds, too. Its sad. They can get away with cheap labor so they do it. I will never return to this place. I dont recommend working there unless you want to be shamed and feel like a failure with every thing that you do. Or if you want to be kicked out feeling humiliated that that just happened in front of your significant other and then go sob in a tennis court parking lot while its storming and you wait for your parent to pick you up... I don't know if anyone has spoken up about the horrible working conditions or not, but if they haven't, I will happily be the first. I worked there for a month. A single month. You get stared at by people all the time (in a sexual way) and yelled at by visitors all the time for things out of your control, and nothing ever was done about it. They never get kicked out. I understand if you believe me going there after a calloff was inappropriate. I explained and apologized and was calm about the whole thing. But don't berate me and humiliate me. You could have handled that so much better. Not going to miss being stared at by old guys either. If this is inappropriate, i apologize, but someone needs to speak up on the entirely unfavorable work conditions. This isn't how working as a teen should be.

This facility was a great time overall. Kids had fun. The slides were fun as well. The water at the pool had a great temperature. It was so refreshing!
I do want to give some feedback. In my opinion when someone rents a cabana, the cabana attendant should escort you to the cabana instead of walking the whole park looking for it. They show you a map but I had never been there, the map was very confusing. When finding the cabana I was so disappointed. It was filthy! The cooler in the cabana was extremely dirty. (I don't understand what the purpose of the coolers are because they don't even bring ice for them) The chairs had mold and were full of dirt. The cabana curtains were all ripped up. After cleaning up and settling in we did not see an attendant until an hour later... Did they know we were there?
We finally get to order some food and that also took another 45 minutes to an hour. For the price of the food, it should be top notch. The $40 pizza was okay. It was more dough than anything else.
Also the security guard takes his job wayyy to serious. I understand he's doing his job but it's a family place. No need to have such bad attitude and treat people as if they were criminals.
This is my opinion. I wasted my money but I'll take the loss. I don't need to contact management because I won't be returning. Just giving you my point of view so that you can work on your customer service.

Good option to take your children. If you don't want to have many expenses or travel. I recommend

Quite ok! Pretty small water park. We stayed for 1 day during the week and it was pretty empty. The park is small but well preserved and there are lots of slides, a lazy river and also a water playground for the little ones. What I didn't like was that you weren't allowed to take drinks or snacks with you "Only towels". You have to buy food and drink in the park and it's not exactly cheap. Comparable to the Disney and Universal water parks. However, you can even bring a cool box with you. What is not allowed here. Too bad

After the very different reviews here, we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. The greater the positive surprise. On a Thursday in August, the park was moderately full and there were loungers available. Shady places too. But you are there to slide and not to relax. Everything well organized. We thought it was good that there were so many minders. They pay attention, for example: For example, in the toddler area, make sure there are no big kids jumping around there. There are three locker sizes, the smallest is enough for valuables for 8 dollars, you then have a bracelet with a barcode to open and close. Everything in the park can be paid for with a card, which you can take out of the locker if necessary. There is also a huge meadow with shade at the edge of the steep white slides. The slides were great fun for our 8 year old kids. Waiting times are consistently between 2 and 10 minutes. I am extremely impatient and managed well that day. ? Food ok too. - Kids combos for $8 - $10 including drink, adults $15. If 1 (instead of 2) piece of pizza + pizza bread is enough for you, a kids combo will also do the trick. So all in all we had a very nice day and very enthusiastic children.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I booked my daughter’s birthday party here and unfortunately needed to cancel. BEWARE of the 20% fee that will be charged for cancelling apparently noted SOMEWHERE on their website. I called for TWO WEEKS straight trying to speak to someone but could never get anyone to actually help me prior to cancelling and during the cancellation process. I will NEVER be booking here again based on customer service alone.

It's overpriced.
Its dirty and outdated.
They keep charging more and more and are not renovating or putting any funds in the upkeep.

The park is ok but too expensive. 200$ for 5 entries and a tiny locker. Then some of the slides are only operated until 2pm!?
The park was not full but there were not enough swimming loops for the lazy river. The bathrooms smell horribly.
On the positive the staff were very friendly, and the installations are safe.
We will not go a second time.

Slides are too old and too slow. Always waiting everywhere. The cheeseburger has been cooked for 50 min! Unbelievable.
Restrooms smells urine. Great place to spent with the family if you never saw a really great water park before. Upd. Friday at 3 pm the white slide and kids rope were already closed… whyyyyy

This would be a 3 star review if I was not walked up to by a lifeguard and told my 6 year old who can't fully swim yet can't wear a lifejacket at some attractions. What total nonsense, I would have expected the total opposite. Also lifeguard's are too busy talking to each other not watching, half the kids slides are closed and parts of the park stinks like a swamp. At least it was cheap and it shows. Let's hope we don't get a disease.
