Have been looking for a quality salon I can count on for consistency, this is it. Nikki was amazing and from what I can tell everyone in the salon provides quality and outshines the other salon’s in the area. Regulars old and young everyone had a smile on their face and I can see why. Won’t be going anywhere else, you can’t go wrong here!

2 years I've been going here but never again! I always do long, natural acrylics but today I left with short, uneven, bubbled up looking nails. Tech knew they were garbage but after 2 hours, I'd had enough. She gave me a whopping $5 off. Never again.
Requested style: Long, natural acrylics = short, uneven with clear bubbles on all nails. Pure garbage. I'd love to post a picture but this post isn't giving me the option.

I have gone to this salon on and off for a while and always had great service. Recently I was seen by Nicky and she did such an amazing job with my nails. I love the simple and classy style which she understood as soon as I told her what I liked. But it was her attention to detail and how often she made sure I was happy with every way she articulated my nails. To me it was like, “Finally someone listens to me” type of moment. She’s highly recommended and she’s great to talk to while I’m there.

I recently moved to Cape Coral and have been going to this salon for a few months. I went in for a pedicure and a full set on my first visit. It was during football season, and I was looking for a particular color for my beloved Miami Dolphins, but they didn’t have it. Danny (the owner) and Nicky (nail tech) found me a comparable alternative. However, while I was there getting my services done by Nicky, Danny, the owner, kept asking me what the name of the color was. He must have been doing an order run that day because about 30 or 45 minutes later, he returned with the color I wanted! Wow, now that is customer service! They are always very welcoming and accommodating. Nicky is also great (besides the fact she is a Jets fan) LOL. I specifically always make my appointments for her. I appreciate she speaks English well. We can carry on a conversation. I am also extremely picky, and my nails can become complex during football season. I appreciate that she can understand what I want. I like my nails really short, and she does a good job every time. She is also quick and always makes sure I am satisfied. If there is something I don’t like or want a nail shorter, she does it with no problem, unlike other nail salons/techs that give you an attitude and make you feel bad about it. I work toward the Alva area, and I always get compliments on my nails and ask where I go, and the ladies get so bummed when I tell them where! Ha. I also like that they are open on Sunday's and provide Wifi!
Overall, I recommend Studio Nails to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, accommodating salon that goes above and beyond to ensure its customers are satisfied and want beautiful nails.

Was in town,decided to give this place a try. Walking in the place they tell you find your color but I couldn’t find my color then Danny came to me found me my color and sat me down at the pedicure seat. A Cuban lady arrived to where I was,started doing my fake toenail and it came out all crooked and not straight. The basic pedicure was ok …they don’t scrape your feet for that price . Then she then did my full set either did it come out right ok I didn’t complain about it I really wanted me nails done I was in the mood anyways when I went to go pay my card would let me transfer money from saving to checking Danny then told me to call someone to send the money over the phone I had no one …Danny said I wasn’t able to leave the store until I paid him his money so I walked out he and Nikki followed me across the parking lot screaming call the police then Nikki told me to give her the watch I had in my arm and to come back tommrow and give the money for my watch and she told me to leave but how they called the police on me I stayed there until they arrrived I told the police what happened I showed him I have money in my account and that it wouldn’t let me do a transfer at the moment and I needed him to witness the agreement between the watch and the money Danny did t handle the situation to well he told me I couldn’t leave until I paid and I tried everything that I could to pay his wife then was talking to me and she told me maybe u talk to me you come back tommrow and pay …what they don’t understand is that I owe them 100.00 and my watch series 9 cost over 500.00 and they are responsible if anything happens to it while it’s with them he could of handled the situation better and come to agreement with me on when I could get him the money ..it really isn’t my fault why my card wouldn’t let me transfer the money and it’s a Sunday I couldn’t call the bank or do anything I will also be calling better business bureau on them to try and make THIER business better I won’t be returning after I get my watch back I’m really not satisfied with the work nor how they handled the situation I wasn’t a client that didn’t want to pay I was trying everything I could to pay and with that Danny still disrespected me …That’s just who he is I guess …UPDATE .I HAVE BEEN TO A NEW PLACE ITS ON PINE ISLAND ITS CALLED SIGNATURE NAILS AND I HAD A ARTIST BY THR NAME OF CHRISTINE DEFINITELY GOING BACK TO HER

I have known the owners of studio nails for 15 years
I’ve been coming to them on a regular basis to get my nails done and pedicure’s
I’ve ever been disappointed
If there was any issues they took care of it promptly
There’s never a long way everyone is very friendly

Today was my first manicure and pedicure here and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, but unfortunately it was a Sunday and there was a lot of business, so I felt that the person who did my nails was in a rush, besides that she was kind of mean, she was rude, she complained about how I laid my feet, she complained about how my hands were not limp enough, when i told her which school i work at, guess what? She complained about that too, she just pretty much complained about everything, so I would go back, I just wouldn't have her do my nails again, because she was in a really bad mood, we all have bad days but I think that when you work with clients you need to be nice, even though you're having a bad day, even though there are many customers, people who work with people, should learn how to smile and be nice and l not take it out on the customer, not to get out their frustration on how they talk to you, or how they touch you, or how they pull your hand, or how they work, she was very rough. I would go back just not with her, I'm sure the other ones were nicer. I'm sure the other ones know how to put the customer first, she just wasn't having it. Her name is Nikki maybe you can go different day and should be nice but just don't go on a Sunday to get her because she was in a bad mood oh and she was always sniffing and rubbing her nose on the back of her hand which was disgusting, she said she was allergic to pollen and dust. After the pedicure I was really ready to leave, I was about to say, you know what, I'll come back a different day when I can have somebody else but I needed my nails done for a wedding.

Love this nail salon! I have been getting pedicures done here for about 5 years or so. My schedule is always different so I don’t make appointments ahead of time, but when I want to get a pedicure, I always call and Danny always fits me in. My pedicures always look great and last a couple of months. Also, the staff is friendly and professional.
