Came in to ship a package weighing less than 1lb. Girl working at shipping center was very unhelpful and after 5 minutes of asking questions and typing she tells me “the cheapest option is $46”. I replied, there’s no way, so she calls over another associate who changed the package type and then says “oh okay it’s $16”. Again- this is a light and small package. I left; annoyed; because no one there knows how to do their job or could be helpful, and only seemed only interested in taping their Amazon return boxes. I shipped it at the post office for $4. The store was filthy, im not even sure why its still open.

The customer service here was great... I needed a passport photo and I had to send a fax so I went to Staples. I was assisted right away and it didn't take long at all for the photo. I was rather shocked at how fast I took care of both things.

Thank you to Stacy and Patty, in the printing department, for excellent service! I had a rush order, and upon arriving I could see that they were in the weeds... I approached the counter and was swiftly in & out! Thank you, ladies, and Staples, again!

I have been to many Staples
throughout the country and I have to say I have never experienced such horrible service. And the service was from the General Manager, Marnie Fields. My husband and I walked in this morning we were the first customers there. We're not very good with technology so we asked for help. My husband just needed a copy of a label. Marnie proceeded to direct my husband to the self service. He again explained to her that he didn't know what he was doing. She became very passive aggressive. She talked down to him and was just ignoring him as she began taking other customers. She also told him she was busy and had other things to do. Mind you we got there when they first opened. He again told her to please help him because he didn't understand how to get the printer to work or how to print from his email. She also turned to me not realizing I was his wife and said, "Wow!" I then told her she was being rude and very passive aggressive. I honestly was more shocked by her behavior more than anything else. This store is probably a good place and I'm not
trying to complain about Staples but their General Manager at that store is terrible. Marnie Fields has absolutely no customer service skills. What a shame.

Went in to get a scanned copy of my artwork, the two ladies who helped me were great and got what I needed super fast. Also a great selection of shipping materials.

I was placing an Instacart order and I asked for help on 3 occasions and they only told me the number of the island. I returned to the employee Rick twice and asked him to please go with me to the island and show me a similar product because I didn't know about it. and they refused, it's incredible that they are so lazy and that they don't give the correct customer service

I visited this location today. There were several customers asking for help and some of them were not acting very pleasant. David, an employee in the store, patiently answered questions to each customer and proceeded to offer assistance to them. When David recognized I was having difficulty with an email transfer, he took the time to explain the process and continued helping me until we got the project completed. David is a real asset to this establishment in my opinion.

I’ve had to ask the employees to reprint my order on two separate occasions.
The errors on the prints were obvious and when they presented them to me, said nothing about it. I had to point out the errors both times for them to take initiative and reprint them. Clearly do not care about quality here.

If you need printing and want a hassle-free experience, this Staples is a good choice. There's this lady who's been there for years. She's excellent at her job – fast and professional.

You lost a sale to Amazon, due to your suspect fees when ordering online "Handling Fee" of $12.28. It's not the shipping & handling either thats seperate. I'll pay Amazon for same chair WITHOUT your bogus fees.
