Highly recommend this location! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant environment. Best T-Mobile office I have ever been to. The gentlemen that helped me were phenomenal. I will only go to this office from now on.

If I could give .00000000 stars I would . My children were being loud in the store instead of maybe grabbing a sticker and being polite … she yelled at them . I gave her advice about it and I told her becareful yelling at people children you don’t know who you dealing with ! I ain’t the one ! Ugly lady with the unholy discolored reddish weird hair . Other people treated me well .

Go to the Santa Barbara location. The manager at this location doesn’t know how to walk and chew gum. After spending 1k on a phone, not financed and 3hrs in store, they forgot to give me a sim. Long and short, I had to come back for a quick 1min fix, he, Christian, wanted to put me back in line, 45mn To an hour wait, for a 1min issue they caused. I called Santa Barbara location where they fixed the issue in 10 seconds over the phone. Guy thinks he has power. Now I’m calling corporate as I’m a business customer so they’ll be no waiting. I will continue to call until I know he knows, he was WRONG!

To this T-mobile owner: looks like you “missed the mark again”. Seems like this is a repetitive excuse at your store.This is the worst T-mobile experience I’ve ever had. This store sucks and the employees are unprofessional (0/5 stars experience).The employees like to gossip and waste time rather than being efficient/handling customers. Not only did I have to wait over an hour to be seen, but I was skipped over twice by customers that came in 20-30 minutes after me.Every employee working from 6PM-8PM on 9/25/23 in that store should be fired. Especially the one that thinks it’s funny joking about a customer calling in complaining about a 2-hour wait time (with only 3 customers in the store). I would go to corporate about this, but T-mobile wasted enough of my time today.

So after an absolutely horrible experience at another TMobile location we left and came to the location on Hancock Bridge. We were lucky enough to get Marissa to take care of and had everything we needed with absolutely none of the attitude we got at the other location. Marissa took time to explain everything, actually seemed to enjoy working, and made upgrading our phones easy and painless.

Horrible experience, stood at the counter for 15 minutes with 2 employees helping customers and 1 employee sitting in the back office. No one spoke to us. They walked back and forth, looked at us with no acknowledgment, helped other customers with out anything said to us the entire time. Rude, terrible customer service, will never go back
