Walked in to get an upgrade on my phone was greeted by Kathy .. she was amazing answered all my question was able to give me a great deal saved me a lot of money .. very informative she knew her stuff .. knowledgeable about plans and prices .. polite and respectful thanks Kathy so much .. you are awesome .. will definitely be back

So not the store directly but just the company in general. I had home internet services and out of the month or so I used it I had issues with connection almost every single day so I call customer service and the lady I’m speaking to hangs up on me and doesn’t call back so I just waited to see how long it would take for them to call well I get an email saying I owe 135 and a 20 fee to turn the services back on. So I called them and explained to them what happened and the waive the 20 but tell me I have to pay the rest of it. No problem don’t worry about waving it I’ll pay the 20$ fee and along with it I’ll cancel the subscription to, just terrible service

I had a great experience the first time I walked into this store. Matthew and Dominic went above and beyond to take care of my billing issue I had then Matthew and his team helped me get a great deal on a new phone plan and new phones! Thank you guys!

I received great service from the folks at this store. Nestor was knowledgeable of the phone I wanted and transferred all my data from my Verizon phone in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

Been having big problems with my gateway and have been without steady Internet connection for too many months, like the last 3. After multiple long conversations and hearing the same excuses, one gentleman on the phone suggested I get a new version of their gateway tower...and voila! I have consistent connection back. As for the visit to their store, they are organized with taking people in order. Everyone is usually very nice and the store itself is very relaxing, which is the point I suppose...however, they didnt sync the SIM card and I had to spend an hour waiting on the phone for CS to figure out the problem. They would have gotten higher had that critical action been taken at their store.

Keep your eyes open for a bait&switch. Went in on Suday and was told that I qualified for a new plan with two new phones (with trade in), switched my plan and phone 1 (they didn't have the second phone available then). Came back on Tuesday to get the other phone and their answer was (sorry we made a mistake, the second phone is not free). And, no we won't do anything to compensate you for our misleading information..

Ever walk into a business to buy something and the sales associates attitude turns you off so quick you drive across town to go to a different location? That's John at this location. Walked in, he didn't know his product, had to have another associate tell him he was incorrect, and was so irritated acting that he had to help someone we just left. I understand that the money all goes to the same company, but I'll let someone else get the credit for the sale. Spent the entire 4 minutes we were there throwing his phone on the counter, telling us we didn't want what we asked for, and huffing and puffing. Then to top it off as we leave I see him laughing and pointing in our direction to other customers. Class act.

This is probably about the best T-Mobile I've ever seen that's clean and have a lot more variety of phones than other T-Mobile locations.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The store fronts do nothing. They are simply there to sell product. They do not care about any issues. I called customer service for over a week and spent countless hours on hold to be told “ I’m sorry sir, I made a ticket about your issue. Please give 24-48 for this to resolve. Goodbye.” It has been over a week and I have called daily. I have spoken to “ management” and they give me the same run around. “ I’m sorry about that but I made a ticket about your situation. Goodbye.” I have been with sprint for years and I have had enough. Absolutely worthless customer service and their network is no where near good enough to partially make-up for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not switch to this company they are scammers . The calls are routed to the Philippines and India . Where they increase your bill differently every month . Beaware when swapping your phones ! They will tell you that you need to pay for your phones . Every month my bill has changed . I am beyond frustrated . So I will be putting a stop payment to get my 167.00 back from them. And switching to Boost or metro pc. I am tired of this company scamming me into 100’s of dollars it isn’t right !

I'm so incredibly disappointed. I ordered TMobile home internet and it did not work in the area where I am. So I called to cancel and shipped back router to T-Mobile. After thinking everything was taken care of I still was receiving a bill so I called again, was told it was taken care of. So long story short today in mail I received a letter from a debt collector saying I owed T-Mobile $113. Not having any service through TMobile I was upset very angry. I've been working on my credit for 2 years now and to have it messed up by careless mistakes has me even more upset. Now I have to go into this store to have this taken care of. Absolutely ridiculous.Worse customer communication!!!
