The customer service we received from Southwest Florida Copier was fantastic. All our needs were taken care of immediately. We were in the process of switching from our previous lease company to Southwest Florida Copier Service, when our previous machine malfunctioned. This was on a Monday and we were scheduled to have our new copier delivered on Thursday. I called Southwest Florida Copier Service and asked if there is anything that can be done to get our machine to us sooner. They were able to get our copier delivered at 2:30 that same day! This was less than 2 hours after I called! We had our new copier installed and networked with our many office computers. Not to mention they went back to their office to get a special part to network our Apple computers as well! GREAT AND TIMELY SERVICE!

I strongly recommend using SW Florida Copier Service. As the owner of a large property management company we have been a customer for several years with excellent service from them. As a buyer for a national corporation, I have used SWF Copier Service for our local offices for over 10 years. Ed and his staff have done a phenomenal job handling our fleet of copiers from Naples to Sarasota. I've sent Ed to act on my behalf to Miami, Kentucky and Las Vegas. I rely on his vast knowledge and experience to advise me on contracts and issued outside of his area, and he is always happy to assist. I've told him and our executives many times over the years - if I could use Ed's company nationally, I would have no problems with copiers. I have been using Southwest Florida Copier Service for several years now. Whenever we have a problem (which is seldom), they are at our door within hours, if not minutes of our call. If you are looking for a company that will be there after the initial "sale" they are it!
