I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, I have honestly always had the best experience here! The employees are always nice and helpful unlike the other post offices in the area. This will always be my go to post office.

Worst experience every single time I go in there. The women in there have such bad attitudes every single time and are just sooooo rude. I send out earrings and put stickers on my packaging and they put labels and thing over them all. Like, seriously? I drive all the way to Fort Myers just for better service. Fire and hire better people. Nice people. People that love people. Ridiculous.
Also, rude to anyone who has an accent as well and struggles with English. Don’t go here. Unfortunate. Wow.

Owner - this happened about a half an hour before your business closed today, March 22, 2024. The woman with darker short hair. Very rude and it made me so angry. I live in Cape Coral and have to go to Fort Myers because I always leave angry. I had my envelopes ✉️ the other place always gives me a label to fill out so I had no idea what I was doing. She was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. She rolled her eyes at me and said, “there’s no addresses. Where do you expect me to send them?” I told her the other place gives me a paper and they will stick it to the envelope and she pointed to the writing station and said there’s a permanent marker over there go use it. I asked her where I should write it and she said “on the envelope?!” Like, obviously. ? is there a certain side it needs to be done? Just a complete angry person. I am surprised you have any business.
You have A LOT of negative reviews on your staff… why are they still there? I would love to teach those older women how to love people. I work in customer service as well and everyone I’ve encountered leaves happy even when they’re angry.

One of the worst places I have ever been too. I simply went to send a package for my grandmother and ended up leaving embarrassed, angry, and upset. Lorie was so nasty and was talking down to me as if I was a clueless child infront of other customers. At first I wondered why the people in line let me go in front of them but quickly realized they did not want Lorie. This place needs to fix who they have working there because its disgusting to go somewhere and be mistreated for sending mail……

If i could give a zero i would. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. The staff treats their customers like their business is not needed or wanted. Will not return.

I used to give this place 5 stars. I was disappointed in my visit as I had a lot of the items they were selling. I bought them from there 2 & 3 yrs ago. For someone looking for the perfect unique gift, this is your place. For regulars who send packages and shop there often, inventory remsins the same. It is imperative for businesses to change up inventory
