Love not having to travel over a bridge now for Sephora. Carlos is AWESOME!! Knows the products, uses the products and seems passionate about sharing that knowledge not just for getting the sale but for actually helping people find what they need. Also really friendly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked up to the counter where this blond girl looks at me and gives me an attitude, does not say hi, hello, or anything. I set my stuff on the counter to be checked out. Apparently, this upset her because she reached her handout to grab my stuff and I set it down. I didn't see her reach her hand out. She kept issuing me dirty looks, like she wanted to fight me, so I asked "Do you always treat customers like this?" We began to argue back and forth, raising our voices. I walked away to speak to the manager who continued doing inventory, the girl then ran up to keep arguing with me, the manager did nothing. Thankfully another female manager asked what happened, as I was explaining the situation the girl ran up to keep arguing with me. She said: get outta my store, your tags hanging out of your shirt, I'm not your therapist, don't you have a life, you should have grace I have a headache. This girl was nasty, condescending, rude, aggressive, and antagonizing, all while the male manager ignored it and let her continue to fight with me. Everyone in the store was watching and nobody stopped her from acting that way. I'm honestly befuckingwildered.

Anita, customer service department has been great for us. My online order was canceled twice and I didn't manage to find out why. She has phoned customers service online for us. The online customer service was not very supportive. Anita did everything she could to help us out. Anita is the best customer service employee I have ever met. Kohl's should be proud to have her in their shop! Thanks Anita for your help, you are an angel.

Spent 3+ hours with 3 different managers trying to correct a billing errors. Managers know nothing and have no authority to do anything. Why are they paid for doing nothing. No customer service. Phone number gets you to someone who knows nothing or speaks no English or just cuts you off by dropping the call. Close your store you obviously don’t want to be in business. I’m so outraged by your mishandling of billing and your inept managers. Please do everyone a favor and just go out of business. Website rareLy works with all your stupid pop up ads. Quality of merchandise is poor. You lie in description of items on line and if something needs to be returned because you sent the wrong items you want the customer to pay to return your mistake. Pathetic!!! Terrible company.

If you've ever wondered why major retailers like Kohl's are being slaughtered by Amazon, simply spend an hour or so wandering through the store and review the merchandise. On three recent occasions, I've tried to buy an athletic shirt at Kohl's. There are tons of items in stock. Unfortunately, the large majority of these items are either size S or XXXL. This doesn't work for me. It is obvious that Kohl's does not properly manage their inventory. At this point, my only use for Kohl's is when I have to occasionally make an Amazon return. Additionally, retailers like Dick's easily beat their prices with far better quality items. I'm just glad I'm not an investor in this company.

Ordered a pearl necklace online shipping to NH on 12/6/20. Shipped on 12/8, it is now 1/13/21 and my granddaughter never received her Christmas gift! Keep tracking the shipment and the days are getting added on! Now it says 1/18/21 for delivery, but hell it's on my bill already , Never never again!!

I was really pleased with the layout, spacing out of everything, and service here. Came to return something since Amazon does returns at Kohl's. Wound up with a new pillow, a new pair of shoes, and more. Definitely recommend you hit up the clearance sections as there are some diamonds in the rough.

Very impressed with one of the Employee named Patricia, She help our Mom (75) with finding the right size clothes and very personal Items for Ladies. She was so very sweet in helping and listening to what mom was looking for, she was patient and genuinely helpful. Her Customer Services was a 5 Star!!! But because the M.O.D was a Total J*** when we approached him to give a complement on Patricia... He showed very little concerned and replied " Thanks" and turned around and walked away from me and my Mom....M.O.D. should re-take a Customer Service Class and remind himself that especially during this pandemic time, customers are more reluctant to come out to the public and Shop we can easily order online from you or a competitor.
