“The staff at the skyline location were very friendly and helpful with me when I was behind on my monthly payments and they stayed in contact with me making sure that I didn’t forget about the deadline for my unit. I was able to get the payment in time and I didn’t lose my stuff thanks to the constant communication with the Francina Chang she was very helpful and patient with me . I will continue to keep my belongings and valuables at that location and will recommend them to anyone who needs a storage space.”
“Every interaction I’ve had with extra space storage has been excellent. Kurt the manager of this particular site was welcoming, helpful and understanding. He secured two units across from our existing ones. Opened and closed units seamlessly. Provided a ledger of payments for my hurricane insurance claims. Absolutely recommend extra space storage and KurtPositive particulars to the Chiquita site: Don’t have to re input the access codes in the elevators (it is a real pain) and the bathroom was unlocked.”
