2 older ladies that work there are absolutely horrible. They are beyond rude and disrespectful. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. They had a small trampoline out in the kids section and my boys got curious and started playing and jumping on it. I was in the middle of getting them down and telling them no and one of the old ladies that worked there started to yell at my boys. You do not speak to other people’s children like that especially when I was actively getting them down. She was so mean she made them cry. All she could say was “I’m sorry” and “no offense” I walked away and I will never go to this location again.

High prices and the donation process is easy unless you have a little dog hair on a chair. The manager obviously didn't want to work that day and said the chair I was donating had hair on it and couldn't take it.. WOW a charitable organization will not take a charitable donation. The manager at the Del prado S store was not friendly or helpful and didnt seem like she wantedto even deal with it. Good will said thank you!

This place used to be really nice and now it's absolute garbage. The people are rude. The prices are jacked up sky high and it smells like mold horribly. This was an every weekend stop, and now it won't be.

You have to go there often. You can find awesome deals. Prices have huge swings. Sometimes they price a used item two three or four times higher than brand new identical item at Walmart. Crazy ! But, rarely you can find a gem for really cheap. Overall cool place to walk around and search for a collectible or furniture or cloths and stuff.

I used to love this store years ago when Mary (may she rest in peace) was the manager. I don't know who's pricing things now but they're out of their minds. $59 for used men's boots? $49 for a mildly collectible bowl that isn't worth that anywhere? A nice bicycle but $209?! It's not fun to go thrift store shopping and pay over retail. There are Dollar Tree items for $3.99, so even on half price day, it's still more expensive than DT. I drop in a couple times a year to see if they've regained their sanity, but so far they have not. They're not helping the community with these prices. They're gouging. So I don't care if their organization does help people, they'd make more $$ by pricing things more reasonably and moving more product through the store. And they'd help those that need a bargain.

I cannot speak to the store inside. I did a drop off and I was underwhelmed to say the least. I have been to Salvation Army's in other places that assisted you taking things out of the car to speed up the process. The "welcome" I received felt like I was bothering the person working there. I was given no direction as to where to place the items I brought. Usually the bins are marked to let you know where to put the items. There was nothing. I am hoping the inside of the store was better.

I don’t do a lot of thrifting at the Salvation Army because I have heard/read about some questionable things. However today I had an emergency, my office desk chair broke and I needed a chair today so that I can work. I drove around Cape Coral and I was not able to find one in any of the thrift stores so I decided to come here as a last resort. I shouldn’t have. They had one chair available it had normal wear and tear including a rip/hole in the back of the chair. But, I didn’t have high expectations for a used chair. They are selling this used chair for 49.99. I don’t care if Jesus himself came from the heavens and farted on this chair and left poop residue behind to remember him by. There is absolutely no reason why the SALVATION ARMY I wrote that in capital letters since the people who work here seems to have forgotten that they are the SALVATION ARMY and not no damn IKEA. There is no reason why a used chair with wear and tear and hole in the back is being sold for 49.99. My sister purchased a similar chair from another thrift store around here for $10. So I know I was being bamboozled by these people. Shame on you for trying to use a business that should be serving the community for financial gain. Hell is hot and that’s exactly where you con artist are going.
