Instead it was super, but in the rented house we have a little problem, it implies that they will not check, before delivering that is why the 3 stars, problems such as that the washing machine is not working, the washing machine is damaged, the pool is dirty has not come to clean it, the dishwasher does not work, the master bathroom comes out of the bathtub smell, I hope this week you will help us solve these problems, to have a satisfactory experience.

If Google reviews had a scale below zero, I would rate this company at the lowest possible negative point.
We just closed on a condo and, throughout the entire process, Tina was always MIA. Even demanded that the buyer's agent go the condo to retrieve the key to be handed out to the buyers at closing. Left important papers and keys at the condo rather than turning them over to the closing office as it is customary.
Very conceited and with total lack of class.

My condo was taken over by Rossman around Christmas and the previous management company left work orders, not for months but for years. I want to commend Loretta Gooding for her personable interaction, attention to detail and doing the right thing. She told me when she just did the yearly inspection that she was going to make certain that my maintenance was taken care of and it's exactly what she has done. She is wonderful for the owner as well as the tenant. I will request her every single time. She took the time to explain to me, after being here 6 years just how things go and are/are not handled.
I appreciate Loretta and Rossman, great move!
