Don't know what happened to this store but it is a mess. Especially the shoe department with shoes everywhere causing a possible liability if someone gets hurt. I mentioned it to an employee there who really didn't seem to care very sad.

Prices are incredible, store was fairly easy to shop. I went for clothing to perform a job interview. Security guard even remembered to ask me how my interview had gone when I returned and it was an excellent touch.
I really really wish I lived by this place so I can shop it more frequently but I'll admit the lines can get ridiculous and the times it did there seemed to be someone who was purposely making customers wait almost as if they were being defiant in helping ring up customers simply because they asked for it. It was a cringe moment because then she just sat there with her arms crossed as customers walked out and it made me ask myself what her purpose was?

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Please tell me how there is a visibly long line yet ONLY 1 cashier who is taking their sweet time having a full conversation with a person holding up the entire line to handle it. Do better Ross

Good prices but sometimes it's hard to find the shoes you're looking for because the shelves are disorganized.

Me and the family stopped in here today. First it’s an absolute mess in there. My 14 year old son thought we were in a thrift store. I told him nope thrift stores are better run than this place. My son seen a shirt he liked and it didn’t have a tag on it but the same shirt was right next to it with a tag in a smaller size. So I took a picture of the shirt with the tag. After standing in line for 30 minutes because there was only 2 people checking out every one (at least 50 people in line) we get up there and they wouldn’t accept the tag. It said was $12.99 but on sale for $8.99. The cashier couldn’t speak English so the other cashier said they couldn’t use the tag but was going to charge me $12.99. If you couldn’t use the tag then how were you able to come up with $12.99? She told me to go get the shirt. I told her she’s the employee not me you go get it. She told me no and turned around. So we left and will never be back to this dump.
