I really am disgusted with the service at this rent a center .. my furniture and tv was delivered but not put together the drivers didn’t have the tools to put the legs on my couch .. 1driver joey was doing his best but the other driver was on his phone the whole time.. and to top it all off they didn’t have to remote to the tv .. we went to the store to pick it up the remote and got home it was the wrong one went back again and they didn’t know what remote went to it .. so over it .. then come to find out the total is430 a month .. horrible so unprofessional and service sucks !!!

I have used the store in north fort Myers before and swapped to the cape store where Dale and his team is after some issues w north fort Myers store. I absolutely love dale and his team. Always helpful always have what I want in stock and never have an issue with anything! If so. He fixes it asap.. won’t go any where else.

Reps in store aren’t as forth coming as they should be with information pertaining to charges/reoccurring charges & term details. Store mgr was very helpful & informative. He went out of his way and offers to go above & beyond.

I am writing this review to bring to light how unprofessional and inconsiderate this store is. I am currently up to date on all of my payments, however Friday night on a long night I lost my belongings and was obligated to cancel my cards. Being that my payments are on auto pay, my Saturday payment didn’t go through. I have Dale, and other employees herrasing me all day for a 78 dollar payment threatening to pick up my merchandise as if I’m 30 days late. Very unprofessional, and Inconsiderate to people and what can happen to people on a day to day basis. All there employees like to put the blame on “ higher ups “. Again, 2 days late on a payment due to me waiting on my new debit card and i am being herrassed as if I’m 30days late. will never purchase from this store again. LOVE:JONATHAN GARCIA. ??

The manager dale or whatever his name is charged me 343.00 made me negative in my account when I told them I want to pay weekly... now I’m screwed thanks to him

I went to pay off my tv today. I wasn't feeling well and sent my 14 year old to pay it off. She told the clerk she wanted to pay off the tv but he only charged her monthly payment so she asked if it was paid off and hd said oh you wanted it paid off? And charged her the next months pay off. I called Dale said there was nothing he could do. So i was overcharged 88.00!

I have purchased several items from this location ranging from TV's to an Apple watch and even the laptop I'm currently writing this review from. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from the moment I walked through the door. All the staff there has made the process so easy and simple.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! KUDDOS!!!
