This has to be the absolute worst “team” to work with. My mother in law passed away and she worked with Bruno. He told me several times on the phone that we would get her full deposit back. My husband and i clean the whole house in 4 days. We get everything out. Still asked several times if we need to hire a cleaning crew. Bruno tells us nope not at all.. We wait over a month to hear from him.. nothing. I called his cell and he said the account is closed and i would hear back from him at the end of business day… two days go by and nothing.. my husband calls him again, after waiting for days like bruno said he would reach out and didnt.. Bruno was told our availability and wants to meet on a day we specifically tell him we are not available. I tell him we will meet the next Monday business day. He agrees. My husband and I get to his office at our appointment time and he is in a meeting with another client. I asked for a manager/ owner several times and several times get told I will only be able to speak with Bruno.. we waited about 45 minutes for some other random lady to come help us, we get the deposit and leave.. shortly leaving the parking lot we look and The check is not the amount we were told. We go back and Bruno is ironically out of his meeting.. Bruno explains that the fees taken out of the deposit was a cleaning fee. After I asked several times if i needed to hire a cleaner and he said no we will still get the full deposit back. Bruno then had the audacity to tell me he did us a favor by not charging last months rent. Literally.. CHARGING LAST MONTHS RENT.. she is dead! Its not like she wanted to move.. Show some compassion.. Bruno was absolutely horrible to work with. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Please go anywhere else but this company or Bruno.

This was an extremely difficult close on their offer. Bob stayed on top of the numerous addendums & changes over 3 months. I’ve sold more than 25 properties in my life with this being the most difficult. If not for Bobs experience and knowledge this would have fell thru. If we could give more than five stars, we would (he deserves it).
