These guys are the best!!! When no one wanted to take care of a flat tire I had in my Mercedes, these guys didn’t even hesitate, and took care of the problem right away. I’m used to changing oil on my own but figured with a place that had all 5-star reviews, I’d give it a shot. Well, it’s easy to see why they have all 5 stars. They communicated clearly about all expectations of the appointment and got a synthetic oil change, oil filter change, and tire rotation for my truck for $90. Did not say a single thing about other services or try to upswell. Friendly staff and was in and out quickly. Can get rid of my oil drain pan, funnels, and old oil sitting at my house. I’ll be going here for all future services.

Woke up this morning and discovered a screw in my tire, so I decided to try Rapid Tire and Auto. What a great experience! Not only did Gino and Doyle immediately take my car in but they offer the patch service free of charge. When I asked why they did that, Gino said that it's their way of supporting/giving back to our community. I also admire the fact that they extend discounts to veterans and first responders. This is a clean, professional shop that actually cares about it's customers. Highly recommend!
