I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. I opened the text message you sent me to log in upon my arrival but upon opening the link it stated I couldn't check in until 10 minutes before my 6:20 am appointment. I waited till 6:10 am and checked in and was then instructed by your app to go inside. Upon entering I saw my name on the TV screen but then my name disappeared. 20 minutes went by and folks were taken back but my name was not called. I spoke to one of the techs and she said for me to wait. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked another tech to check one why I had not been called back. Finally a tech called me and explained to me that the person scheduled for 6:10 am was a "no show" so they called me, apparently just moments before I logged in online and walked in. The tech said that it was my fault for not coming in and logging into the kiosk. So my take away is YOU should stop sending out the text messages just before your appointment. The staff runs their own show.

Easy to make an appointment. Plenty of reminders for the appointment. Once checked in, called in a timely manner. Very pleasant and caring staff.

Besides the technician not being able to find and poke my vein the right way after I told her it wasn't the right place to take the blood from.... everything else was good. I've been donating blood and had a lot of tests done and it's terrible when a technician doesn't know what they do, create a painful draw and and leave me with big bruises after.

If you want to have your labs lost, your urine sample is delivered with no name on it, or waste your time during your doctor’s appointment who never got your results, go to this place. Worst service ever. These people abuse of your time, your health, and your money.

The process was smooth and easy once I understood how it works. I love the early appointment scheduling. I waited just a few minutes once I arrived and was taken right at my appointment time. So lovely.

I’m not sure what the negative reviews on here are about because I waited no longer than 5 minutes (with an appointment) after being 12 minutes late to my appointment. The phlebotomist I had was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, something to note, this facility was very clean compared to other labs I have visited in the past. I think if you encounter a long way at this facility, you are either going during the busy hours or you went as a walk-in (where you will not get priority to those who took the time to make an appointment)
