I understand that if a person does not have an appointment that they have to wait. But what I don't understand is why would a person have to wait more than an hour or even worst three hours to have a simple routine lab work performed? Quest needs to rethink their walk-in system!Thank God for Labcorp ?

I saw many bad reviews and I was dreading to go in. Maybe I got lucky or what but I had an appointment, walked in 30 min before that and they took me in 5 min! My appointment was for 1:50 pm - NO ONE WAS THERE. Maybe that’s why I got lucky?Schedule your appointments online ahead of your can.

The company overlooks the poor staff. Daniels & Fowler office is much better.Girls are very nice & gentle but not enough help here.
