Hanna is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. One time I picked a funky color and when I was having my toes done after all my nails were finished I couldn't help but feel like a hated the color I had picked. I explained to Hanna and she so graciously changed my color free of charge. Also I came in one time with one broken nail, I wasn't due for a fill for a week so I figured I'd just pay to have the one nail done. Hanna did it free of charge. Another time I came in and had a horrible cramp in my neck/back from sleeping bad the night before. Hanna assistant came and put pain relieving medicine and massaged my back! No charge! These people are just so kind. Hanna is like a machine with her work, very precise, quick, and accurate with every move. I won't go anywhere else where they make you feel like you are a burden. Hanna and her family are the best, but she is the Queen! She has a true artistic talent! Best nail salon in Cape Coral, if you are good to them, they will be good to you!

4th visit to Queen Nail. All good so far. Nail technician Jason has proven to be skilled and careful. He is also very polite, as are the rest of the staff. I appreciate all of these attributes but Jasons attention to detail is impressive. I am done with the cookie cutter assembly line shops. I much prefer the atmosphere and customer service of smaller shops.

Excellent service, friendly and clean/sanitary. They respected if you wanted regular and didn’t try to push or upsell or get upset. Because of that we will always come back next time to do gel, acrylic etc in the future. 5 stars!

They were very friendly. The deluxe pedicure feels like heaven. I strongly suggest coming here! And my nails looked so good afterwards. Definitely coming here anytime I’m in town and need my nails done

Best place for a pedicure! Visited Saturday morning, walk-in. They do a thorough job. The soaking, scrub, lotion, hot stones, everything felt amazing! I'll definitely return. Two males doing pedicures, 1 female doing manicures. They are the best!

First of all, I made my appointment, not knowing that there were new owners. Secondly, the male tech told me my eyelashes were too long before I even sat down. They are not. Then he cut my toe trimming my cuticles and made it bleed. He scraped my other big toe causing it to bleed. Then they charged $5.00 more than the previous owners. Will not be back. I had to have the pedicure redone 10 days later.....
