Every time I've called, the phone has been answered right away and the pharmacist has been very courteous and helpful. They are also quick to fill prescriptions after receiving them.

I always have been taken care of with great attention, speedy service, professionalism and a pleasant staff.
And I'm quite a frequent customer In fact many times my prescriptions are ready sooner then expected

Worst-run pharmacy I've ever encountered, they can never get the insurance run right. Have gone there to pick up medications on three different occasions and the medication was "not ready yet" two of these occasions were after being told it was ready. The last occasion was 5 hours after it had been called in. It's obvious they need a new manager.

This pharmacy illegally chooses not to fill prescriptions at their own discretion. I have been seeing an in person psychiatrist for nearly 5 years, and this pharmacy told me that they will refuse to fill any prescription medications I send in unless I get a local psychiatrist. First of all it took me years to establish care with my primary doctor and I don't plan on getting a new one - and I don't have to. If I did want a new psychiatrist, it would take me a minimum of 6 months to setup care. This Publix's practice of full blown refusing/neglecting to fill prescriptions is illegal and dangerous

Patrons of the this Publix pharmacy should know what is actually happening. A friend of mine picked up a prescription at the drive thru, and when she got home it was for the wrong amount of pills. She contacted the pharmacy and learned from a new employee, that a conversation that never took place was added to her account and they told her what she said in this conversation, as well as insisted that they she said these things that she never did.People should know that what's documented is apparently not true at this pharmacy. The regular pharmacist was very helpful in solving this matter. She also informed her when there is not enough of this prescription to fill, they fill it at the lesser amount and they charge you for the same amount as the regular prescription rate, even though this is smaller than normally prescribed.

Pharmacy just outright refused to fill medication because the prescriber is from tampa and I am in lee county. After filling them in the past. Staff unhelpful

Very unprofessional staff. Called today for a prescription that was called in two days ago. Claimed they left a message on my phone. That Idid not receive. Before that they kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me. I finally get James on the phone explained that I keep calling and get hung up on and then he hung up on me. Just adding to all these other one star reviews. Someone needs to take control of this pharmacy.

MarioIn the pharmacy today just recommended me downloading an app to save some money on a needed medicine. I saved $70. Bravo sir not everyone does those small things...I got some medicine at same location in the past and that was not recommended. I appreciated it.

Publix Midpoint Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs I would rate as a10. Our rx insurance changed recently to use Publix Pharmacy and from our first visit with Mario who took his time to help me find Gatorade Zero which my primary ordered. Mario told me exactly what to do and how to take it for best benefit. Every since person working in the Pharmacy Dept is always willing to help and take their time. I want to compliment each and everyone in the Pharmacy Dept at Midpoint Publix. Im hoping this review gets to them.

Marcos Morales manager of the meet sección it is a very bad employee, he talk to me in a very bad way when I ask why was the reason that the Turkey was limited like other products at the store, he answer was very rude and he told me that it is normal and that it was always like that when I told him that is not normal because this is a supermarket then he told me he did not have time to lose talking to me , I think that is not the way to talk to a customer, or maybe this is a different country and I don’t realize that!! I born in Cuba and for me this is a very close to communism, I am very sad for what happens now at this great nation.

I’ve been to this pharmacy many times and every time I go they are so rude at the window. They are extremely short with me and I am always very polite. I always leave feeling very put off…I will be changing pharmacies due to this.
