I like this place. This is one of the only auto repair places that doesn’t give me a hard time about using my Endurance extended warranty and he will work on my Audi q7. Prices are reasonable and repairs are pretty quick compared to other places. They do not BS you. Very much appreciated to Carlos and his crew

If you want to leave with more problems, then this is the place to go. I went in with a general oil leak which they told me that they had fixed. LESS than a WEEK later I noticed my car leaking again. I went back and they told me I had 2 more oil leaks. I asked how they didn't catch the 2 other oil leaks the first time and they blamed the make and milage of the car. I guess they can't run proper diagnostics. They claimed someone who specializes on Audi vehicles worked on my car but I am not so sure he knows what he is doing as he states he "CANNOT GAURENTEE" the oil leaks can be fixed the second time around. Just seems like they are running a trial and error business which I do not have the time or money for. I want my refund for this unfinished job that they claimed they finished the first time.

The first time I walked into the front office I was greeted right away by Karen. She was very knowledgeable professional and courteous. I then met with Carlos. Let me tell you about Carlos. I have never met with any owner, mechanic that treats you down to earth, honest and always trying to save people money. He doesn’t try to sell you more than what you need. He always goes the extra mile to guarantee his work and backs it up. I have had him work on my vehicles numerous times, and always left satisfied. He and his business is a rare breed these days. I don’t just consider him a mechanic, I consider him a friend.
