Our goal is to make you look and feel your absolute best. In the event you are dissatisfied with a service, we will gladly provide a “re-do” service for you. A re-do service will be scheduled within a two-week period of the original service and is free of charge. No refunds are given for hair services.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. For appointment cancellations or adjustments, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service will result in a 25% charge of the reserved service amount.
