lack of communication and professionalism in customer service, both by phone and at the reception. Furthermore, they do not accept certain insurances and are very incompetent.

I have Dr. Thomas, and he is wonderful. I also see Denet (I can't remember how to spell her name) when Dr. Thomas is on vacation, and she is great as well.
