Claimed it would take 5-6 hours to “detail” my single cab truck and shampoo the bench seat, that washing the exterior was mandatory and the detail wouldn’t include removing dirt from along the door sills, seat brackets, etc.; only vacuuming my rubber floor mat.

They did a great job. After downtowner sold out to Mister car Wash it's hard to find a good place to get your car cleaned inside and out. This is the place!

Great service, and my car looked amazing inside and out. The platinum package is economically priced for a complete inside & outside cleaning. The crew had it done quickly, and I was impressed by how the finished product looked. I also love that they do a hand wax for such a reasonable price!

Google says they’re open till 5, I pulled in at 355 & they said they close at 4, it wasn’t 4 yet, maybe say you close at 355?

I've been coming here for a while, and at first, they were good, and it seems lately the finishers don't seem to care anymore on cleaning your vehicle. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as they can. This time, they didn't clean/wipe down the door jambs or cleaned the windows very well. They didn't even wipe my dash off. And this time, they missed placed my key and couldn't find it for a while looking all over inside my vehicle, until they asked the guy cleaning my vehicle a third time which he said he didn't have it. Which ended up, as he did have it in his pocket. Simply mistake, and hopefully, they can overcome the laziness and remember customer first, not speed, will go a long way for the business.

Wife just went to get the car washed she payed 20$ and they didn't specify this was only an outside wash. Really Expensive in my opinion for the 2 second machine they us,e what a way to scam people and waste the time of a new born mom I whish I could leave a 0 star review avoid this place they don't have empathy for the customers.

Worse car wash ever they broke a piece of my car and they thought I did not speak Spanish and they tried to play it off that it was my fault. When I responded back in Spanish they all were surprised and then the manager suddenly appeared and wanted to work something out. So sad that Hispanic people are so disrespectful.

The people were nice. But I wanted my carpets shampoo and my interior done. They said they had no time because they’re detailing a truck. It was 3:30pm, they close at 7. It was just me and the truck…….. no other cars…… by the time they were done with my car, which was 15 minutes, they were just sitting doing nothing!!!!! Not coming back.

This car wash works fast for the amount we pay. The 50 dollar wash is not worth it as in took like 20 minutes and ran. Left debris in cup holders that I had to drive back to get cleaned. I expected more for the price than what I got. I would not waste my time on this wash or place to go. I even left a 10 dollar tip since I thought I was going to be there for close to a hour. Do not waste your time

I took my truck here and paid 55 dollars for 1000 dollars in damage..the brushes put deep scratches on my hood.. they refused to acknowledge and accept what they did or even fix it thats bad business..beware gamble at your own risk here

Apparently they had changed ownership. They were great months ago.. Very disappointed.. took my Caddy thru them and whole left side of vehicle was scratched due to???..called them. Wasn't concerned..took me whole day to rub out and polish damage??
