“Just want to give a shout out to Addison for being so welcoming and helpful as soon as we entered the store. Then just when we spent a good amount of time searching for an adapter for our power washer wand that broke (no luck) .. we bumped into T.J. as we were leaving, he asked if we found everything and we said we didn’t.. so he offered to help us look again and he found us not only the correct adapter but a brand new hose attached to it and saved us a ton of time and trips all over town trying to locate what we needed.. AND he saved us a few hundred dollars as well because we may have ended up having to replace the entire fairly new unit!

“I love the rewards program. I also love that I have my food and litter on a subscription Joy I don't normally have to worry about running out of anything. I went to the store the other day for a new litter mat and to check out some toys. I like the store except I don't like the fact that they sell animals because it sent right to keep these poor things in cages and aquariums. It would be awesome if they stopped selling live animals. But otherwise I do like the store.”
