Thank you!For starters, let’s talk about the customer service. Luke is phenomenal, transparent, and kind. He calls you if he runs into a snag and to update timelines, is willing to spend time to explain his processes, and follows all manufacturer specs for install practices.As far as concerns, I had a few considering there were laptops from the early 2000s being worked on and the closest thing in performance and price to mine was a budget gaming PC with the cost equivalent to the card in mine. I was worried it wasn’t in the right hands.Three days later I came in and Luke informed me that he basically read every blog/article/guide to make sure it was 100% correct. I can assure you it is.Thank you PC Support Group. I’ll highly recommend all my contacts and co-workers to you.

Joe came over to my house to help me put together my overly complicated two computer back-up system. He knew exactly what to do and it works just fine. Before he left he checked to make sure everything as working the wait it is supposed to, that the comuters weren't using too much power and a lot of stuff I didn't understand. I keep his business card in my wallet just in case.

I locked myself out of my own laptop due to being naive, i.e. don’t set a password to access your computer with an account that you can no longer access. Joseph was very patient and took a great time to help me access the computer. After some genius tech savvy, he got me into it and I’m so grateful. His son Luke cleaned it up and now it runs amazing. I drove all the way from Naples to come and personally see Luke and Joe. PC support group has gotten me through the toughest time, I've had this laptop for three years, and just recently been having issues. With long loading times, pop ups and unresponsiveness. I brought it in, and was greeted promptly with a smile. Luke had it figured out within a couple days and my laptop was as fast as the day I bought it. I HIGHLY recommend PC support group for all your PC needs.

Mr. Grima diagnosed my computer, which had developed a video display problem. I had removed all drives which were and are installed in hot swappable bays.Mr. Grima used for that reason his own W10 operating system for the diagnosis.The result, which came after only two hours was "No problem, the computer is in perfect condition".Mr Grima is not only an extremely honest person but also a gentleman. He carried the computer to my automobile and placed it carefully into the trunk.To complete the tribute, Mr. Grima did not charge a dime for his services.

I took my desktop computer in for diagnosis/repair. The hard drive was failing...but had enough life left for the very professional tech people at PC Support Group in Cape Coral to clone my hard drive to a new SSD hard drive! All done in 2 days...and saved me a ton of headaches trying to reinstall dozens of programs! Everything just as it was...and the new drive is noticeably faster (As promised!).This family owned and operated business is perfect. You need not go elsewhere and be overcharged. I know the business...and if you are wise...you will visit this local business for any and all computer "issues". 1st class all the way!
