I inadvertently purchased the wrong Elvis whiskey. I asked to return it and was told it was okay. That’s when I found out there was no customer service involved. My emails went ignored until I had to involve PayPal. They refused to send me a shipping label and without it you are dead in the woods. I wanted to exchange for the bottle I meant to buy. It’s been over a month and I’ve gotten nowhere! Why tell me I can return it and then refuse to co-operate? It’s illegal to send alcohol through the mail without a legal label to do so. I would advise people to think twice before dealing with this unprofessional business!

For a small neighborhood liquor store, this place has a LARGE variety of various beer, wine & liquor choices and at competitive prices... BTW, they have a walk-in cigar humidor with quality cigar brands!
